Consistent delivery issues. Drivers disregard instructions, dont ring doorbells, leave packages everywhere. No customer service to speak of. Tracking platform doesnt work, just gives a 404 error. DO NOT use this company, please, you will just get tons of customer complaints.

Poor very poor services.Never got my package delivered when they promised 3 times throughout the day that Ill get it by 9pm.They texted me to say its coming then emailed me to cancel it!Talked to an agent who offered to deliver the next day, which I agree, then they say :”sorry we dont do delivery on sunday!”Smh!!

The worst service ever by a logistics company Ive ever experienced. Who TF sends you a message at 10:30 PM saying your package is out for delivery only to be immediately followed by a message of delivery failure. No delivery attempts were made ever. Ive not received a single product and my order status is being shown as fulfilled. Theres absolutely no way to contact these incompetent people too. So theres no way to raise a complaint. I would give stars in negative, if that was possible in any way. WORST SERVICE EVER. EVEN WORSE THAN A COSMETICS COMPANY WHOSE SERVICE I COULD SWEAR WAS THE WORST EVER (atleast there was a method to raise a complaint)And the people giving them 5 stars are probably the people who have invested in this good for nothing company.

Great working environment. Good infrastructure. Nice working staff. I went there for an interview and liked the interview process. Interview questions and rounds were easy to crack for those who have practiced enough. All that I could interpret by one days experience is that it is a good company to work for in my view.

One the worst organization i have ever visited.Got a call for opening and they scheduled my interview. I went through all rounds and cleared the interview process. HR told me that she will definitely call tomorrow after discussion with Manager. I didnt get call ,i waited for 2 more days and called her again and she said they have kept me on hold and will let me know after next 10 days as in between they will call other candidate too. Its been around 15 days and they have not contacted me.If you(FarEye) guys are looking for some one who can join early or can work in less salary then i will personally suggest please dont call someone who has long notice period or currently have greater salary than what you can offer max as this is wastage of our time as well as yours also.

Worst company i have came across till now from last some days trying to contact them through there office number the person who is picking the call tell me he is security guy and always give me some random reason ask me to call after sometime. He is not even connecting me to there sales department.

Company seemed good due to its achievements in a very short span of time. But they were not clear of what they want. Situated opposite modi flour mill, in the haier building, location is super crowdy and bad. I heard that they are relocating to Noida soon. It appeared a good work place for employees.
