Interview:Its a very bad firm. They ask to sign a 3 years of contract bond and to submit 3 lacs of Bank Guarantee for 3 years. It means you need to show ₹3 lacs in your account and it will be blocked for 3 years. You cant use that amount.They even ask ₹1500 before written test.You have to submit your cellphone at the gate to security guard. You wont be allowed to visit reception desk with your cellphone.Note: Avoid them, they are thug.

I purchased Amity’s agriculture management system and honestly, I have never had to worry about my business again. I get to know how much cane was brought in today, whether it was less than, equal to or more than my daily requirement, how much output did I generate and what is the efficiency of my plant. Their technical team is amazing, having in-depth knowledge of what they are selling and understand the requirements of the customer well. Every sugar mill should use their AMS.

Absolutely Pathetic Company!! Never dare to join. Better be unemployed and study for interviews than join this horrible company.The whole HR department should be fired and need to taught some basic manners by sending them to Primary school. They are very very rude and management is very cheap and not at all Tech savy. You need to impress them and be a yes sir guy around to grow.

If you dont agree to any of their terms, even something like time to think, they invoke the bank gurantee and just take our money. The HR is very intimidating and is very very rude.Just be careful to not deal with them no matter how desperate you are to go to the US
