The hr is very unprofessional and the recruitment system is very bad they took the interview and selected me for the training and then they told us the training will be online and unpaid so they give us training for 2 or 3days then they told us we have to come to the office for the training (that too was unpaid) again they give us training for 3 to 4days and thn they just told us that they will inform us when will we have to come office. Then they didnt give us any information regarding the training for weeks we were just like asking them when the training start again they didnt respond.

Chetu is very Worst Company. I worked in 2 Months in Chetu then Direct HR Call Comes that You are being Terminates without any Information & Notice Period And I was not given the Salary of 2 Months. So I will never Suggest you that You join this Company...

Chetu this companys HR is very unprofessional behaviorI had two rounds of interview in this company. Both of my rounds were cleared. She was told me the third round would be Monday. I waited for the whole day . When I called she said, wait for 15 minutes then there is no call after that. Her call got busy and she did not even inform me. I took my office half day leave for the third round. I did not expect this unprofessional behavior from the company. totally waste of time. HRs behavior is too worst

Chetu has great infrastructure and employee policies. 6 month appraisal policy is the best thing in the market. The interview process is easy, no hassles.

I have received call for interview for the role of Python Developer. Interview was scheduled over the phone telephonic round cleared after that again conduct my skype round for techy person , I replyed all answer . Simply they are asking me questions and i am replying properly and after sometime senior is saying that you are cheating . I dont understand that how it is senior .if I wasnt able to give answer that says that you have no knowledge. I think chetu should improve interview process. Dont go interview and not ready for telephonic interview.totally waste of time.

If you are interested in Male candidates then please check gender before sending out an email. I dont know how demeaning/demoralizing it is for a girl/female candidates. Sexist organisation!

This a mid level company with clients from all across the globe. The appraisal system is good. This company works in 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM shift and cabs are available. Work life balance is not that good because of the odd timing but for entry-level this is the place to learn and grow.

Very unprofessional people sitting out there. I appeal everyone not to go there for an interview. They called me to their office thrice and after five rounds of interview and the final HR round, they were about to release my offer on the same day but till now I never heard anything back. They dont know how to ascertain whether the person is a good fit or not. They actually dont have knowledge about the hiring process. This is not only my experience, but the same has already happened with some folks I closely know.

As per review from glasdoor, this company is not good in terms of payrolls, It is good for mainly freshers or candidate who are less experienced. lots of opportunities to learn new thing as per my interview conversation, and I was not selected because they were not giving only 4-5% of hike on my current pay.
