I joined Data Nova as a fresher in 2019 for the post of Junior Software Engineer. Basically, this is the Norwegian based company used to provide the services in Retail and ERP.I have learned some of the best corporate lessons here which will always be very helpful for me in my future.Overall, the company is good for freshers and also the seniors are always there to help you in every situation.

I had bad experience with this company. Whenever you get a good growth opportunity in other company then they will try their best to deprive you from getting that opportunity. I was having 30 days notice period in my offer letter but they were forcing me to leave after 3 months. When I refused to stay for 3 months then they fired me on the same day and forced me to leave office immediately. Management doesnt have any humanity towards their employees who has resigned.

Good organisation. Cared about the employees even during the Covid.

It is a IT company. Approximately 50+ employees are working

Pathetic company. They have hire and fire policy towards employees.

They take interview, if u qualify all round then say u r selected & only director round is pending..means salary discussion like that.. and after that they will not call.. finally say to you u r not selected.. false promise.. small company..startup type.. product based..
