Worst experience.I first joined this organization in january worked for 1 week but had to leave due to bad health, I didnt ask for my 7 days salary. I rejoined this organization again after few months when they re-approached me. I clearly mentioned that I have recently recovered from Covid so I will not be able to come to office for atleast 3 months. Still they repeatedly asked me to come down to office stating my performance is not good. They started giving me pressure sharing notice mails with me to come to office. I resigned when I realised that they are doing all of this on purpose. Then they said that I need to serve the notice period by coming to office that too when I clearly mentioned that I am not well right now and I havent taken a single dose of vaccination yet. I requested that I can serve the notice period by doing work from home but coming down to office is something which I cannot do and is not supported by govt law as well. Now as a conclusion they are not giving me my 11 days remaining salary. I have shared so many follow up mails but no response. Worst worst worst behaviour

Do not go to email marketing in this company. company is useless. because BDM is not Good and the responsibility of the project is on email marketing. I worked in this company firstly assigned a BD and I generated the leads accordingly to him. Business developers do not allow your target to happen. After that cut salary.
