Bought a pair of shoes recently for a function, look wise they are very good, lets see how long they will last

Such a terrible experience shopping with CrownosI saw their slick ad for the store on instagram and liked a particular pattern (order 9795) and ordered a size 10, which is my normal size. The shoe was delivered very quickly which was awesome, but the shoe was extremely tight and narrow. Contacting through email didnt yield any response and finally called their number and the manager was not very comfortable talking in English and said that all their shoes were in the same size/fit and that they dont do refunds (even though it was clearly mentioned that refunds would be given within 7 days).On whatsapp he suggested above shoe, which would have a wider fit for size 10 and I agreed. After a couple of reminders, the shoe was finally delivered and guess what the size was 9! more so the brand was some Alberto Fernami? Again complaining is off no use, no one picks phone or responds on whatsapp and Email response is non existent!I dont know if Crownos is simply a store front for many brands, but I have burnt my money here and I suggest you dont!

Crownos didnt responding i make online payment again black leather shoes 2250/-Not get any update & given contact number is going switched off. Bad service or chelated with me.
