Beware of buying online... Fraudulent practice.Bought a few pair of shoes and sandals online. Had to return a few.Their operations and refunds are managed by 3rd party - ECom Express. They have highly incompetent fraud staff.The items were picked up (checked before picking) but The Clarks india refused to have receive the correct item (which was not the case).Inspite of repeated request to check in the matter no action was taken and also no refund was issued by Clarks india. (Their is no way to contact the Ecom people.)I lost my money due to either the fraud done by the pickup agent , Ecom express or Clarks india itself.

Im rather fond of Clarks shoes and think them among the most comfortable one can find though sometimes theyre also clunky and un-pretty. I make it a point to drop in when I pass a Clarks store which is exactly what I did at the Mall of India – much to my regret. Here, I found shoe shabbily stacked according to size. As usual, theres little to no choice for someone with a 3.5 size. But what I found most annoying at this store was the completely uninterested attitude of the staff. They studiously ignored us and we were left to fend for ourselves, eventually giving up and walking out with no one to persuade us to look around a little more.

The sales personnel are NOT interested in making a sale. I think they are damaging this store the most by being absolutely disconnected with their job. Below average experience......

Not a lot of varieties but the Clarks quality is definitely a plus...
