Better than your expectations.....small campus size but you get used to it. Located very close to nearest metro station. You just need to grab the opportunity, you will not get spoon feeding. Some professors are exceptionally good but some some are exceptionally opposite. But mostly you have focus on self study.

I have not been a student here. I dont know anything about interior and infrastructure, but I tried contacting its staff, whatever admission councillor they have hired or is in charge of it, regardless of what tragedy shes going through, the attitude with which she dared talk to people she doesnt even know, Im glad I didnt go to this college. Itd be a mistake if you have to spend 4 years with such toxic staff, should have been blacklisted in 2013 itself. The audacity is just next level, cant believe there still are such people.Just imagine how rude it was that I had to voluntarily search up for this review section just to defame a famous institute? No, its not any kind of revenge, its just a souvenir from my side after that girl talked to me as if I owe her my life. Thank you Jaypee for your incredible amount of efforts you out in hiring such staff, totally not a backlash on your image lol

Its a very good institute for study. Very positive environment and faculty in the field of information technology. Good placement with high packages.Infrastructure is very good. Fees is bit high to afford for an middle class family. But the behaviour of staff are not good especially the guards they feel like they superior no one is upto them. Dont know how talk with someone. I liked every thing this behaviour i dont like it.

Jaypee institute is a good institute with a amazing infrastructure delivering really good vibes, this place is really good for the purpose of information in the field of information and technology. I really liked the concept of face bricks used by them as a wholesome theme of University and the ancient vintage style of this University made me tempted to join it and pursue my studies here, this is one of the best college i ever visited.

If you have just cleared mains and are looking for an engineering institute than it is one of the best options this college have many great alumni and many more in future including me and if you started exploring things here you will definitely end up with good stuff and one more thing top notch companies like amazon, adobe, wipro, aws, Infosys and many other come here for recruitment but after joining college I promise you would not like to be placed in a company

I had registered for the admission 2020 here via internet and even after paying money ie 1200 rupees for the admission form. No response was registered ,even after calling no one picked the call. And i even mailed them but still no response has been taken yet . It has been almost 8 days from the due date and 2 days for the mail.

Infrastructure is good but the quality of education is very poor the teachers are very arrogant and never helps students actually they are there only for their time pass.The management is worse the registry staff treats students like dogs and never listens to what the student is saying .Doing any course from here may give you a job but definitely ruin your personality on a whole.My message to all the parents are that if you love your child then please dont enroll them to JIIT because in the end what matters is that your child is healthy and happy and not a 3LPA job.

It is a good institute I mean better than other private colleges. The campus though is just 15 acres and they dont serve non veg food in the mess . The campus is well maintained and really clean. The college has gone down in NIRF rankings since 2017 from 54 to 70 in 2018 and now 80 in 2019. A good college for cse and IT branches.

I did my b tech here in jiit128. I was placed with Cognizant at 3 LPA . As it does not have a hostel, I lived in pg. It has good faculty in communications but a poor faculty in computer science which left me with no skills in DS. If you want to prepare for govt services or gate, you can take admission here, but for good placements, I wouldnt recommend this one, unless this is the only choice you have.

As hard as it is going to be, Ill try to be objective in my review. Answered from the perspective of a CSE B.Tech student.The CourseworkThe coursework is pretty standard. You can expect to come across all your basic computer science courses during your first three years. Where the college really lags is in the delivery of those courses.There isnt a lot of focus on the concepts and you can get by easily with highly sub-standard work. Most of the education is geared towards just getting that grade and passing along so as to get a job at one of your run-of-the-mill tech consultancies with very little focus on the concepts.Ive hardly come across a course which was up-to-date and which was taught with references to the current state of technology and the industry.Trying to learn on your own and applying your learnings to coursework is seldom appreciated. Unless youve maintained a high grade point average, pretty much anything you say is treated as moo-point. You wont realize how seriously I mean that till you actually visit the place.Ill make an exception to say that there are a few nice courses that you can pick in your fourth year as electives. I certainly enjoyed studying a couple of them.The FacultyI dont have a lot of nice things to say about the faculty, with the exception of a few people. I was in the Computer Science department and there certainly are a few good people who deliver very interesting lectures, but the list dwindles down pretty quickly. Im sure every department has some nice people but otherwise I found the faculty to be very uninspiring, unsupportive, demoralizing and judgemental.A lot of the remaining faculty seems to have very limited understanding or knowledge of the industry and current practices.This isnt how I imagine a good college should be, but then thats just my opinion.The InfrastructureThe college does indeed have decent infrastructure, at least when you compare it with other colleges in the country. The hostels are nice, the rooms are air conditioned and the internet connection can be pretty fast at times.Youll find a lot of websites and services to be blocked randomly, though.IRC wont work. If you try to get these things fixed, youll quickly come to see the thick web of bureaucracy that JIIT actually is.The BureaucracyIm going to pull up this beautiful text from the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy to explain the state of bureaucracy that exists in the Admin department and the faculties.You WILL come across this. MULTIPLE times. Heres how they are.Not actually evil, but bad-tempered, bureaucratic, officious and callous. They wouldnt even lift a finger to save their own grandmothers from the Ravenous Bugblatter Beast of Traal without orders - signed in triplicate, sent in, sent back, queried, lost, found, subjected to public inquiry, lost again, and finally buried in soft peat for three months and recycled as firelighters.The ReviewHence, I think this college scores 3/5 stars when you compare it with other universities in the country. It would be much lower if you try to score the college against international standards

College infra is ok. 85% teachers are really, really bad and arrogant!! They didnt even guide during major project in last year. Whenever I went to my guide, he only used to stare at his computer and not say anything regarding major project. 0 guidance from these farzi mentor teacher!! I dont know how they did their PhD!!! Placements; very few exceptional high cgpa securing students get placed in high package company. Rest get placed in Infosys or cognizant i.e mass recruiters. During my time, Accenture had blacklisted the college. So, mass recruiters were 2 Infosys and cognizant. Some of my friends were left unplaced. Projects; the clever students take the projects from their seniors and show it to teachers thus getting an A or A+ grade. The foolish honest students who make their own project get B grade. This was the scenario during my time. I dont know how much the college might have changed now.Teachers only care about finishing the syllabus as, the whole sem is not enough for them.PS : Adobe has never visited this college. Even the nearby companies like TCS, CSC, Nucleus software have never recruited from this college.
