Well, after loosing 7kg of muscle mass, and post-covid weakness, I was devastated. However, Arpit changed the equation completely for me within a matter of some 50 days. I have gained a lot of strength, on the verge of gaining more muscle mass, and beyond this, a clean, highly effective diet that has increased my efficacy.. In just 11 days of my starting diet plan i saw a reduction of 5kgs with healthy diet plans suggested by Arpit. Though its too early but he has been really helpful throughout the journey so far.
