I have bought a flat in supertech capetown crown tower sector 74 Noida, under subvention plan, scheme of assured rental till possession and pre - EMI till possession.Both promises are not being honoured by the builder, also project has been delayed for possession after visiting their office got to know that they don’t have funds.It’s a RERA compliance project but they just don’t honour any of their promise made in agreement.I have been stuck in this project and cheated by them.

Metro station name is also known as Supernova Station. 65+ floors in this skyscraper and it is still under construction while I am writing this review. You can reach this destination by metro (opposite to Okhala Bird Sanctuary Metro Station aka Supernova Metro Station). Currently highest building in Noida (Delhi NCR).

Gonna be a landmark place in the days to come.It boasts of excellent connectivity through metro and bus and falls on Delhi - UP border. The proposed new airport in Jewar will further boost its worth.
