Worst and Fraud agency.. We have paid some amount as an advance for Kodaikanal trip, but after that didnt get any proper response about our trip informations. When we asked for money back, till now there is no proper response. I have mentioned the image of the email that has been sent by them. They are naming them as The Travel Club. So please be aware.

All travels provide the services, but some companies only provide the best service. #RIDETRAVELCLUB.I chose honeymoon package from #RIDE TRAVEL CLUB for our honeymoon trip for 5 nights and 6 days to #Andaman. I and my husband found the entire very satisfying. The arrangements were perfect, like our Air tickets which company provide us were cheap and under our budget, cab and hotels were pre-booked and driver is nice. The company also provide us some beautiful honeymoon gifts. So, all in all, our honeymoon was fabulous. We would highly recommend this #RIDE TRAVEL CLUB to all the newly-weds. This is a number One fraud travel agency. We made a booking through ride travel club. But they sent the quotation from another hotel. Not by my choices. I do complain, but not pick my phone. And not refunded my money 3000/- (booking amount).

My trip was awesome, all thanks to the Ride Travel Club team for making it memorable. I planned the trip for Shimla and Manali with my husband and a relative in the Month of June for 4n 5d. The hotel we stayed was also very good and the staffs were very nice and supportive. God bless you and wishing you all the very best for your future.

Worst Service provider for our north india trip. These guys are all cheaters. Initially they will please us and say thier personal problems to agree to book trip with them. Once we send some initial money, they will demand money for excess flight ticket charges, GST, seasonal charge and TA comission if not they will mention 100 % cancellation. And then just an hour before trip they will assign an old cab and if we argue they will say all good cabs are repaired. they will initially say 3 star accomodations, but they will book cheap hotels. They are all fake people with fake names, blackmailing attitute. Not sure what these guys will eat.and how can they live life by faking.P.S: Legal action procedings are in progress, soon they are going to be behind bars

Very Horrible experience, Utter nonsense through out the trip.Theyll demand money in the middle of the trip, They stopped the vehicle we are travelling in and blackmailed that well miss the flight. I would give a 0 rating but there is no option.Fraud alert!!!Edited to add : I called them today and Ankith for their team is demanding me to remove this review and thats when they will issue me my invoice.First they will call you with a very attractive package amount which will be in comparable with any other travels. You will fall for that amount and fail to read the package exclusions.Below is our case:We came across a lot of package details from many travels and as mentioned this was the LOWEST - 33,000 for 7 days tour to Rajasthan . It should have strike us that something is wrong but we failed to understand that and went with these fraudsters.We confirmed the package we were asked to pay 15000 and we did that. After numerous follow ups they gave us hotel bookings for just 2 hotels and told us to pay the full and final amount of 18000 which we did and then the released the bookings for the other hotels. They also booked a Non-AC room in one of the hotels.We thought we are done with the payments cause 15000+18000=33000, which is the package cost. Here comes the bomb - we get a call just 1 week before our tour(because if u cancel now u will. Loose 100%)asking for 18% gst, 3000 for peak season charges(every season is peak season for these frauds) and 2000 for T. A. C.No amount of talking helped and we were forced to pay the amount as all these were mentioned as package exclusions in the itenary and none of the agents there bothered to explain the entire itenary and as a human tendency we also failed to read it and just went as per the package amount of 33,000.And also they will mention a cash back of UPTO 3000 in the itenary and will give a cash back of 175 which will never be credited.We paid GST and never received the original invoice as well.They have nothing called transperancy with customers. Also each team gives a different information.When we called them during the trip to clarify why a non ac room was booked - Ankith from accounts department asked me to Adjust!! Thats the kind of follow up they do.Do not trust these guys, they only fool people and spoil the mood of our trip.Read these points and confirm with them if u still wish to book ur holiday with this frauds.1. Very third class operator. Cheating with us when we reached bombay instead of 7 seated car only six seated car came for whole trip.As we paid all money for AC room but when reached at hotel they give us non AC room as company had booked only non AC rooms.We have package of lonawala, khandala, lawasa and bombay site seeing but we have to pay extra as taxi driver refused to carry us.Overall experience is very bad and horrible. Even after payment your phone is blocked and you can not be contacted to ride travel club officials.

We had booked package for darjeeling gangtok from ride travel club and we also paid full amount for air tickets but since then they were avoiding our calls and even not receiving our call especially mr. Sumeet and mr. lalit chaudhary, these people really are fruad, they avoiding our call since they get full amount of package, they wanted more money for air tickets so we decided to cancel, so they said air tickets amount wont be refunded though flights were not booked, we requested many times for refund, but after daily calls to them, they refunded only 5k out of 30k after 3 months so plz do not book any package from ride travel club. Its totally fraud company. we pray God for their deadly dangerous Death because they digested our money of hard work....

Its a fraud companyThey will tempt you with discount & once you make the payment, they will be least bothered & theres zero coordination between the sales team & booking department. Heres my case:After you upload your details on hello travelz or other site, you will get their call for a package.The sales executive (Sumit in my case) will offer you a package with a fake promise of 10% instant discount & 10% cashback which would be credited to your bank account after 24hrs of the final payment. The executive will tell you to make an immediate payment of RS 2000 in order to avail 10% instant discount. Then they will call you after 1 or 2 days to complete your 50% payment (on phone i was told that I have to complete my first 50%) after 15 days. Once you are done paying the first 50% , the sales executive stops replying & tells you that the booking department will get in touch with you which in my case didnt happen. After 10 days, I had to ask for the booking department no & had to ask them for my itinerary & hotel vouchers. The first thing the booking department asked me was my balance 50 % payment. I explained them that my sales executive had assured me that I will not have to make the balance 50% now. I will have to pay them on arrival on my destination (since my package was of 7 days). Also the booking department told me that I will not be eligible for any discount. I called the sales executive & he had a word with the booking department & he told me that I will have to make the balance payment or cancel the package. I cancelled the package & shot an email to the customer service team & spoke to their head named ANKIT. Ankit heard my case & assured me that Sumit would be terminated & I would be given a full refund in 21 days which I didnt. I called him after 23 days & begged him to refund my money & I received 80% refund. I tried to get in touch with Ankit but he refused to take my calls. I ended up losing 3000rs to this scam.

From the beginning our travel guide was very easy to work with. She gave us wonderful trip ideas about the places to stay and what to do while we were there. All the transfers and guides she arranged for us were very helpful. The whole trip went very smoothly. She arranged the most beautiful places to stay, in shimla, Manali, kasol,dalhousie dharamshala & amritsar. It was the most amazing trip and we cant wait for the next one!

Plz dont book with ride club because they r not fraud and u will b cheated in end. First they told us 53K for package and we agreed and before our trip started they asked for additional 19K like gst and peak charges out of which they said 5K will be refunded after the trip but they dint refund. Hotel which was selected in nainital was not in nainital and they booked very far which caused us inconvenience exploring nainital. Also other rooms which were booked in various places were not up to the mark as they showed us. My advice is don’t travel with ride club, they are fraud.

I used Ride travel club services from past 2 years , recently they organised my trip with my 4 friends of Dharamshala, mclodganj , triund tracking . That was wonderful trip with ridetravel club services. All services received on time as we booked. There is a guy Lalit Chaudhary reached us on phone time to time regarding all facilities . Avoid them...I just messed my recent trip with them,the staff is amazing until u will give them advance.The issues which i faced werebefore taking advance the asked me to pay 50% advance and rest 50% when i reach the hotel,but once i paid the 50% advance in just few days i got a call that i have to pay rest of the 50% as well..and the rason which i got was funny I.E upar se demand aaye hainthe second most common thing is they will send you private car (without yellow plate) and u might waste time when the traffic police will catch you during your way to destination,which happen with meMy package included up-to 3000 rupees cash back,after regular followup with them, i came to know the refund amount is only 175 rupees which is also not refundedthey will charge you 18% GST but they have no invoice for it.they will mentioned peak charges in the email without the amount ..and the amount is surprising 2000 per personoverall the experience was very poor..will never recommend them, to anyone

In the name of package exclusion they are charging Seasonal charges ₹1800 per adult, TAC ₹2000 per adult.3. First they will start WhatsApp chat and ask you to pay ₹5000. Then says you will get vouchers if you pay another ₹5000.4. In between they send Good morning sir message daily.5. After 1 or 2 vochures they ask if you pay GST , TAC, Season charges, etc etc “EXCLUSIONS” and it will be another ₹10000.6. SIMPLE WAY IF THEY QUOTE ₹10000 , it will be ₹20000. BECAUSE THEY WILL ADD ALL EXCLUSIVE CHARGES.7. Best way is to go with TRUSTWORTHY service providers NOT to fall Prey to this RIDE travels.8. Beware before book any Trip - Worst Experience everI booked 4 days 3 Nights Lonavala, Khandala and Lawasa package from them. Initially, on call they quoted 35000 package for 7 person and cashback of 5000. So, package would be 3000 for 7 person. Here is a catch. The written form they would provide to u, please check, the cashback is up to 5000, which means either you get from 1 RS to 5000 RS. It is not full 5000 cashback. So, first check that thing in your provided document.Initially, travel agent told you to pay 2000 to hold a package. Everyday they send Good Morning Message to you and asks for higher amount at frequent interval.On call ,initially they tell you to only pay 50% before trip and another 50% once your trip start. So, we believe in their talks. But in their document clearly mention 100% you need to pay before trip. So, please check that thing, because words are changed by them again and again.I paid 2000 on 1.5 month ago - Thats OK . Everyday good morning msg n all.Then I paid 5000 - then I asked for taxi information, they provided.now, they are constantly demanding for the payment due to heavy season n all.I asked for hotel details, but their travel agent say to pay 50% amount so, I pay another 8000 so, total I paid so far was 30000/2 = 15000 which was 50% of amount.Now, here the bad experience started.. I was so tensed before the trip . They ruined all expectations. They told you need to pay full amount, then only they will share Hotel bookings. Their branch managers response was not polite. Its literally like, my 15000 are in their pocket now.So, I paid another 20000 so, I paid 35000 full amount and they shared the hotel details. So, in short they will ask you for anything before mention anything at beginning. Read their paper thrice before you book and ask everything in written from them.Once I paid 35000 full amount, I think everything was sorted out. But not like that...Before 2 days of travel, their booking team called me to pay me my pending amount. I asked which amount I need to pay, they told like1500 RS/Head Season Charge3000 RS - Travel Agent Commission------------------------13500 I need to pay extra in the initial booking. They told this thing, when u pack the bags and in travel mood. Such a rubbish !!So, now my overall package become..35000+ 13500=======48500Any package become 5000PP to 6900 PP. ... How worst!!!Also during trip:1. They booked 6 people Innova instead of 7. There was no middle seat.2. They consider Non AC for Delux room. This is a number One fraud and cheap Company. I had done bookings from other hotels, and paid 3000/- rs. But he made a booking in other hotels, saying that all the rooms in that hotel were full. Then I asked for refund, so he did not pic my phone for 20 days. And later said that you will not be able to get a refund.
