This society is situated at the heart/center of Noida. It has its own market which is quite popular in the area. Its equidistant from all the major outlets/malls in Noida.Although, location is the only perk for this society. Otherwise maintenance and construction of the society is very bad. If you start living their, you will get use to it and forget about all these things in a while. But still this is an issue. Due to its bad maintenance Im giving it 3 stars.

A disputed property, luckily Supreme Court has adopted it for rightful ownership of buyers. As always process is tedious and slow on account of COVID. For existing maintenance, it leaves much to be desired.

Easy to reach , nearest metro station is Noida 76. Its at 5 mins walking distance from metro station. Food joints available outside this society. Few towers are not well maintained. Amenities like pool, gym and club present.

The society is great with ample space for kids to play. The society club offers facilities like swimming pool, snooker, table tennis and gymnasium. There is also a badminton court in the society for the enthusiasts. The maintenance is great. The society also has 24/7 power backup.

Although the society is still pretty new and the construction seem to be still in progress but the ready to move in apartments looks old. The management is trying to fix it but consistent water issues and dust is something which can be super annoying.

Good Society if you are Tenant in Noida, This is one of the best place to rent a flat. If you have budget and job is permanent in Noida, You should try to own a flat here..

Nice feel you get in that area coz of high rise buildings all around you.

As a resident, I saw many changes here those are good and bad. From construction point of view, there have been lot of changes and people have shifted in almost all flats in each tower including the recently delivered M, N, O, and P where construction work is also almost finished.Besides, maintenance dept. needs improvement and ensure that overall society looks well maintained and managed. People living in the society also need active participation by depositing their dues on time to ensure all services are provided. Though, there are couple of incidents noticed by the tenants with extra charges while shifting and to avail common facilities such as gym, etc. However, things are changing gradually.Hope this helps you.

Never purchase a flats here or rent if you are living with family. More tenants are living in society. A heaven for people who live in live in relationship. Society not maintained properly.

Affordable society to rent appartments, 2Bhk, 3Bhk ( furnished/ unfurnished/ semifurnished), all the daily necessities lies beside the society.

Some of the flats are incomplete. Maintenance have their own rules just to earn money.

I have not lived here, but visited it, seems like a Decent place to stay with Gym Facilities, Club Memberships, Temple and Community Gathering, good place for Family people as well as Bachelors as long as they do not trouble each other.

Dada type residents also stay there. They feel like they own the whole society. Not a lively place.

This society is located in Sector 76, Noida, just next to Sector 76 metro station, of NMRC. Society is small and most of the flats are occupied. Like all other Amrapali societies, it also has many problems. Water and electricity problems are common. Now, since the residents have taken over the maintenance, the condition is improving.

For renting nice flats and a good ambiance in the society.

Still in under construction. Some towers dont have dual lift facility. Maintanence is not upto the date. Good for rent. But not good for investing. The amazing market with variety of street and auspicious food on the both gate sides will make you thrive for this place. Metro station for sector 76 is just 2 min walking distance from here, that is scheduled to be operational in next year.

Very good gated society with cctv and gurad in 24×7 New metro coming soon on walking distance. I have flats for rent also.

This society is not good because electricity bill does not pay online like paytm etc, timing is very poor for recharge electricity bill, if you are working and you have no time, they cut electricity and they charge per night 350 to 500 RS, no any maintenance in under parking, Only one lift per tower, it is very bed
