One of the bad builder of noida. Taking possession even after full payment was a very tough job. Delivered flat has so much problems like broken tiles, uncompleted electrical, bathroom fitting works. No fire fighting system, no gaurd in very block, security is very poor (lot of events), parking lot is not decided, parking on ground floor, no club, poor maintenance, no registry.I will not suggest to any one to invest your hard earned money here.

The location is good as it is near to metro station sector 50 but this is one of the unmaintained society.

This is an average society located at close proximity to Noida sector 50, 51 and 52 metro station.

Gym got opened but in lockdown it was closed but now when everywhere gym is opened the management have dont know what kind of logic that it is still closed and even dont show any sign that it will get open but yes in temple 10-15 people can sit and opened for everyone

I really like this place. It is convenient there are shops available to fulfill your basic needs.

I went there to visit my close relatives and this place is good.It is pet friendly and society is nice.People are good. Park is nice. There were small vendors outside the society gate.Security is also well.No complaints.

Best apartment for family

Building quality is not upto the mark. Construction still in progress hence it will be a hindrance to residents. No inhouse facilities like gym active. Less security cameras inside the perimeter.

Its really amazing as it is placed in the central Noida.It is sorrounding by nearest sec 75 Metro station in walking distance of 2-3 minutes.There you can see the biggest spectrum mall is going to open in 2021-2022.Whatelse we want, You can see metro station and shopping mall through your window with amazing views.You will feel lot of greenery and peaceful environment in the society.

Security is a major issue.Not enough synagogues.

Updating my review taking away another star.So been living here for more than a year now. Its a nice place to live. Metro is nearby, market is close. And the society members are nice.Coming to the cons, the maintenance is just pathetic even the basic amenities havent been provided yet. Underground parking, gym, pool, community hall are just left forgotten.If you are renting, go for it. But i wouldnt recommend buying.

Housing Society. Near by metro 75.

A developing residential society with ample basement parking, shops for daily needs, green areas and security. Even though Builder could not finish all the work on time, still stakeholders feel he is doing his best to complete the work like swimming pool, club etc. Society is well connected by road and Metro (Sector 50 station). Metro Spectrum Mall is coming up in front of Society. Area should develop nicely in future.

Noida sector 75 society. Quite place at night but overall its situated in a very popular place.

Flats are OK, but mostly power cut and have to use DG. Swimming pool, club not started yet. Aqua Metro station very nearby. Service lane under construction. Better society for future.

The Worst building, The worst maintenance, the worst material and construction.I think its worst place in Noida. there is no service lift, there is no safety measures, there is no proper parking, service lifts always kept under maintenance. because builder did not subscribe for AMC.Residence paid their whole life saving for their home and they are just ignore saying, its for one day problem. FARZI the cost of property even does not looks like between 35-40 Lacks for 3BHK. builder or broker is charging for location only. But without safety and healthy construction it doesnt matter. Ultimately its all about you life....

Still under construction nice flats i shortlisted one but final price didnt fit in my budget 2bhk=15to16,3bhk=18+ rest depend on your negotiation with dealer n owner

The quality of flats are pathetic. I was trying to hang my tv but the plaster of the wall quality is very bad that i cannt even fit a nail.

There is no option to give less than 1 star otherwise I should have given the same. AIMS is an organised loot mechanism which will take you for ride for rest of your life. Before buying flats just ask the residents of Golf venue -2 then decide. I am highlighting the frauds here in Golf Avenue -2 which are going to repeat in Golf avenue -1 as well. Construction quality is poor and the lifts keep doing free fall every now and then which can lead to accident any time. They will ask you for 2 years of maintenance but they will not give you any Agreement. Lack of agreement means they will again charge you monthly for Swimming Pool and other amenities which are elsewhere part of Maintenance. They will even charge your development charge for IGL which is else where directly done by IGL. In short they will keep asking you to pay for the things you have already paid and in the end they will not even submit to the required authorities and residents will bear it again. This is the scheme they opt to loot. Regarding registry they have already fooled resident of Golf Avenue-2 since last August and few people who paid the registry amount they are stuck with fake promises. I would suggest you to avoid buying flats in AIMS group as my personal experience rest you can always check with the residents before buying. Hope this review saves your hard earned money because its better to donate that money to the needy ones rather than buying and giving that money to AIMS thief group.

Maintenance staff is very annoying. They dont care about your comfort. They do what they want. They dont listen to you seriously. For any complaints they said sir ho Jayega. Kab hoga ye ni btaynge. Build quality is good but not up to mark. Buildings need proper maintenance. Maintenance company is very slow in this. Half of the society is still in construction mode.

Although the place is located in the good location with good market and close to sector 50 metro but the construction quality of AIIMS is pathetic . 1 month moved into new flat tiles cracking ,sweepage and the soveity maintainenance team is the worst .

The layout of 2 bhk flat is not at all good. The balcony for kitchen and drawing is common which also includes the utility area (for washing machine). The store room doesn’t have any ventilation and thus suffocating and not very useful.Though the builder is same for golf avenue 2 and 1, but the differences between the 2 socities are very much noticeable.The onlh positive point is the location which is just opposite the spectrum metro mall.

The open area is limited for a society its size, but the layout, construction & apartment designs are good.

Dont buy any flat from Aims,construction quality is very poor. He just want to handover the unfinished flats. Builder staff is very unprofessional, There is one staff- SK Sharma who says no to everything and try to fool every buyer. It is because of behavior of SK Sharma- the sentiments are really negative among all buyers... He acts like owner of Aims Group and hand over the unfinished flats... Never buy a property in Aims golf avenue 1 and not even in the projects in noida extension, otherwise you will regret for whole life.

Poor quality flats where the flat owners are treated with disdain. No moral values of builder, Malook Nagar. This is by far the worst flat in terms of quality, timelines and commitments. Substandard material used.
