I used their contact information from Houzz website. The ensuing dialogue was not very productive. The assigned person - Kapil, kept on saying to visit THeir office whereas we wanted them to see the site and discuss designs. Dont know what use is to visit the office when the work needs to be done after looking at the site.The initial fee for even discussing thoughts seem unreasonable.Overall not proactive, business oriented, we didnt get to see what they can do in terms of the core services!
