Worst furnitures!! Dont make the mistake we did !!Bought a dining table set with 6 chairs with one year warranty. After 6 months later ,visable crack started developing. We reported them for the same. received a very lousy response from faculty. person on call was very ill mannered . told us that will send their people within one week . Its been a year and a half ,but nobody since that day came to solve our situation. few days later, chips started coming out of the chair. so called sturdy dining table set became cranky and the fixed joints started moving like a cradle!! Our situation is so miserable that we can let OUR GUESTS TO SIT ON THOSE CHAIR BECAUSE WE FEAR THAT THEY MIGHT BREAK DOWN.Also , nobody in our family dines on that table. We also bought a centre table after 3-4 monts and also enquired about the table. staff told me that they will make their best efforts regarding the situation . Despite their very best efforts , nobody came for the last year to address our situation. As they now know my number ,THEY NEVER PICK UP MY CALL. Absolutely DISGUSTING. I WANT MY MONEY BACKK!!

There were many options for Wardrobes to choose from with latest fixtures. They send their executive (in our case it was Kamran) to our home to take dimensions and prepare the drawings to achieve the best of the space that we have. Our wardrobe looks amazing, thank to Kamran and the spacewood team.

I had ordered a custom wardrobe and had an excellent experience. The store manager Santosh took personal interest and provided good advise and helped us in the right design and material selection. The quality of the wardrobe is extremely good and has a rock solid built and good aesthetics. Planning to place a repeat order as well. Extremely pleased with my experience.

They have the worst products. Don’t pay a penny before receiving and getting your furniture assembled. After getting assembly the furniture is not same as shown. Once complained they take months to take any action and that to give no output. Especially beware of Ashutosh who will try his best to make your life hell. Instead go to Evok which is adjacent to this place have a shopping experience with them also faced some issues but they were swift with their response and very customer friendly.

No guarantee/warranty for the imported products so be careful. Do not forget to endorse, guarantee/warranty details (should be printed in the bill or should get warranty card)...

Worst kitchen with worst services. I made a very big mistake to choose spacewood for my kitchen. They took 100% advance & assured me to install my kitchen within a month. But it has been 8 months neither company sales executive Santosh kumar & J P replies to my calls nor companies customer care email replies me. My kitchen parts are still pending.I dont know why company is loosing its goodwill. I think this is not mistake of companys salesperson, but company itself is fraud. I got to know later from a friend who also got a kitchen from Spacewood few years back that company gives 10 years Warranty on its products but they dont even visit after installation even after frequent calls & they need to outsource for service related issues. I request you all who are reading this review please buy their products only if you are ready to take lot of mental torture for a worst product.

We trusted spacewood for designing and implementing our kitchen. The experience has been nothing short than perfect right from first meeting where we gave requirements to final installation of kitchen. The design was well taken care by Mr Kamran and Mrs Sarika @spacewood noida. They did multiple revisions of design and finalized when we all agreed on the design.Execution was again delightful. When the kitchen is delivered to your place, you can tell the quality just by looking at professional packing. Once the packing is opened, you are delighted by very high grade of workmanship on all the pieces.Our installation was done by a team lead by Mr Jaiprakash, he is very professional. He visited our place multiple times to do per-installation checks and recommendation. He went beyond his responsibilities and even helped me finalizing other materials for kitchen (Tiles, counter top quartz etc). Installation team again was very good at their work, they delivered our beautiful kitchen even when they faced hurdles with some of tools, they were quick to find alternate solution. Mr Jaiprakash, helped rectify the some minor issues in design with constant follow-up with their back-end team.In summary very well executed and i have been using kitchen for last 1.5 years, not a single screw has come loose. Noida team lead by Mr Santosh Pathak gave me a great product and service . I travelled all the way to Noida from my home in Gurgaon and time invested was worth it. Ajay Kumar the installation chap deserves a special mention lead by his leader Jaypee. I recommend Noida Spacewood store to anyone making or renovating his home. They are humble and do give great service. Spacewood has always been a great product but good service made it perfect !

I took a dining table, nearly 3 months ago. It was a glass dining table 4 seater. It is still under warranty, as the warranty is of 1 year. There was a small damage in my table, and they said that a special glue named as laser glue is required. Its been more than a month, and till now, there is no update, when they will repair my table. What is the use of such a warranty, when they cant abide by the warranty.

This store is for people who are looking for short term furniture. They only have partical board products which are very cheap to make and have very less life. In addition to this they do not have any strength..the only plus point is the looks. There are a lot of stores near this store, search the area and then buy the product. In addition to this they are charging a lot for the product.

My kitchen work was done by Spacewood .There was initially a lack of coordination between the Bosch and the Faber guy which did create problems as it delayed the total completion and operations .But finally, the entire unit was installed in perfection .Thanks to Mr Santosh and his team.

They are Thugs of Noida.Sent damaged bed and after lot of fight they took it back and gave back money (that itself was big task). Then they said new bed is available and took 100% money but sent same faulty bed after repair.Their delivery/assembly team misbehaved when confronted.Now neither they are replacing faulty bed nor returning bed and neither taking call.

Pathetic store. Worst behaviour with the customer: I called these people to buy Bosch home appliances and fixed an appointment. The person I spoke to was not present at the store and even after waiting for 40 min the person did not turn up. On enquiring from the store people that how much more time is it going to take, there was no reply and no one was there to attend my request. I walked off from the store and bought the appliances from Ankur Electricals, Sector 18, Noida within. Spacewood please train your staff how to behave with customers.
