Connectivity wise it is very good location. Connectivity of noida expressway and metro station are available at 5-10 minutes distance.I loved it

The nearby location and view is not good since this covered area of flats are front of a village so guess the gentry problem.. Low rise Flat price is therefore high and other additional charges like compulsory covered park. There is no super market, bank etc despite the location is in Central Noida. Advantage of the location is 1 km away to connect Yamuna Expressway. Metro Stn Noida City Centre is 7.5 kns away. No proposed metro Stn nearby. In from and back ATS and Super tech Eco towers are situated. There is a Ashram adjacent to flat location is already closed but issue is not clear whether more flats shall be constructed front of Super tech Eco tower. This was not clarified when visited.

Not implemented RERA. Approx 7.5 Kilometres from Noida city centre metro, and as per location price is higher as well as locality is not going to developed very soon due to distance from both existing and upcoming metro.
