Spectrum Metro is a huge project. There are more than 500 shops and offices. Also have inox multiplex. In upcoming time there is no need to go anywhere else for noida peoples for such shopping anything.

This is the worst project ever...I have seen the construction materials and their quality. Even they had a major accident few months back and 4 labours got hurt seriously. Roof slab fell down because of poor quality material and there was also an Investigation put on them but nothing happened as everyone knows how corrupt builders as well as Govt officers are. All the 5 star reviews given here are paid mostly and not original. I m residing in one of their residential projects so knows well how corrupt, fraud and lier this builder is.

Wonderful Mall! The frontage of 1 KM gives it an advantage of visibly.Waiting for the mall to be operational soon.

The place is still under construction. I visited for an event taking place right now but in coming years, itll be a posh mall.. Its near to metro and highway. Inside also looks spacious and not congested like that of other malls in Noida.

I personally think this will be fruitful project, however whenever i speak to any broker or builder or frnds, no one gives me positive feedback about Spectrum Builders and Financial Status + timely delivery. Can anyone help me understand are there any legal or financial issues going on with Phase-II project?

Recently saw a Facebook ad on Spectrum Metro mall. As I am into the textile business, I am planning to buy a shop and hence went to visit a site. I loved the way the construction is going and phase 1 is almost ready. The size of the shops is very spacious. The phase 2 construction is going in full swing. Extremely happy to book my own shop.

As this agreement does not provide any safeguard to the Buyer and is entirely in favor of Developer only. Its your hard earn money hence invest some time on the agreements term and conditions too.

It is being constructed since 2017. I dont know much about construction quality but i can see with my bare eyes that Front of mall dont have staright lines on elevation. if they cant hide it on front, what would have been done on internal walls. Overpriced project.
