Possession has started and it is beautifully built society with every amenities available. Everything is perfect, very soon residents will be shifting. Dont read fake reviews about the building and fraud, there is nothing like that. People who brought flats here are extremely happy and are expecting to get their keys soon.

Mr. Ashok Kumar is phenomenal at his job. All of our concerns were met with straightforward answers and our paperwork was explained flawlessly. It made the entire process pain-free and very reassuring. Great customer service from start to finish. So nice to put our trust in Hilton project. Mr. Ashok has taken care of all my queries regarding the project I have, politely and nicely.

Fraud! Cheaters! Goons!I have booked flat and suffering for last 2 years.Beware the sales team is totally fraud here, they will sweet talk and make all the false promises to dupe you into buying. The quality of fittings are substantially poor dont get influenced by seeing sample flat. If you book mistakingly and ask them to fullfill the promises they made they will threaten you.

Under construction property in sector 79. Aloof place with little connectivity. Interior works not included in flats. Kitchen area not attractive. A covered pillar is seen running through kitchen whic has reduced surface area of kitchen slab. Small size cupboards inside rooms is at disadvantage. The project is likely to be ready for possession in 2022.

**Its not a paid review , people usually find that paid reviews are lengthy however i like to analyze things little deeper and hence little detailed :) **I visited the Property in last few weeks and i can see it progressing quiet rapidly , they are providing possession soon in March to May timeframe depending on the Tower. Club house is being made at a good speed .Pros:1. Better connectivity ,just 0.7 Km from Sector 81 Metro which is literally walkable2.It is low density not much projects are opposite the road moreover there is industrial area where high rise wont be there so better views , Low congestion3. Quality seems pretty good , i judged them comparing what they have used in Sample flat vs what i saw in floors above it ..i climbed 5-6 floors to check that4. I checked the tiles used in bathroom and floor and honestly didnt find the color scheme they have used even in many good builders like Ajnara ,Gaur etc . Eg. white floor tiles with some design and Fancy modern tiles in Kitchen .I like it !5. Green area just outside the project approx. 100 Meter so even people with road facing view get some green area View6. They are planning possession in 2 Phases so they have made a nice wall Partition for phase 1 users so that Labors do not roam around when people move into the Phase 17 Sports Academy/Golf course is just planned adjacent to this society which will only make this place more Posh in future.8. Last and the most important , Price !! Its best in Sector 79 and if you compare it will get only higher when its close to possessionCons:1. Smaller society ( People who like crowd may find it difficult to live here) and also see lesser amenities compared to a big society2. When you move in here you may find little difficulty in getting everything literally at door step Like Sector 74 residents .3. Not Ready to move -There are other builder in market who just promise and dont deliver on Time -Gamble is to believe in them and wait i they give possession by March -May 2021

I visited yesterday Hilston project. Got astonished to see the progress. Subsequent to the discussion with Head Projects was satisfied with the quality of the raw material being used and the deployment of skilled manpower. Awesome.

Poor Customer service bought two shops in Hilston commercial tower launch next to Hilston Residential tower but still not even RERA number already deducted money from my account. None of them picking call and not even saying anything about commercial project. Don’t buy anything from this group they doing false commitment with clients.

I had visited hilston Urbtech last week for buying a flat for family and my experience was really very bad. Quality: Flats quality is very poor. All the Tiles are of very cheap quality, very small rooms, bad quality flats. Infrastructure: False commitment sale team, Beware! Beware!

I wish i have not wasted my hardcore money into it. Have booked it in 2015 with promise of possession in 2018. Now since there is no possession have submitted court approve Affidavits almost more a year ago in 2017 with NOC but even today no updates about refunding of my 20% booking amount which was close to 3 lakhs. soon approaching court now. Almost fed up.

Abuse & threats to investors ,Stop payment of PDCS Issued to investors ,projects delay which are launched in 2009 and yet to delivered in 2018,and most importantly to reveal the fact the court has put STAY on the their project Called NPX ( Restricted to perform any type of activity in and related to the project by the builder arun ghai ) after 1000s of investors of the same project knocked the door of HIGH COURT IN 2016and still struggling for their rights after paying 100 % of their hard earned money ..Be ware !!!
