Good construction residential place. No place for visitors vehicle inside the society. Buildings are good looking and quality seems ok. There is a multi-purpose small play ground for kids as well.

Mahagun is reliable builder. So many societies already handed over by this builder. However, possession of Mirabella is getting late. Location and construction quality is good.

Poor construction quality and finishing work.. flats handed over in a hurry with low quality work.. during heavy winds or rains it feels as if the doors and windows will fall down. Have complained about it but still no action and they say that that is how it is made..

Premium Society finally construction completed in 2020 as it was started from 2015.Villas here are extreme classy and expensive.Brand name itself has values, mahagun is good amongst other builders.

One of the project of Mahagun Mezzaria in Sector 78 was delayed in possession for almost 3 years, because of which customers are not happy.70% of customers went to court because at the time of the possession the charges were increased by the builder.They  promised customers for fee transferred but then they refused at the end because of which many customers took the legal route and are not happy with the builder.Almost all the projects of the builder are delayed.
