Pathetic service , arrogant employees.I have fridge Model Number Pro 340 , purchased from Croma . I am running from post to pillar from last 10 days . No one is listening , customer care is useless . They have given there service head email for escalation . But believe me no one will respond . Please believe me , i have all the conversations with there team . These people not having any serviceable part . At this temperature of 45 degree they are giving time for 25 days for repair . Please request to not go for this brand . Its fraud company. Its been 7 days but even i have not got any response from them . Just giving 25 days time .
