Its better to avoid this place cause they sell stuff at a very higher price. Even the retro phones that they have got are at very inflated prices. You can get all that stuff at cheap prices on chinese websites

I purchased a pair of beats earphones in March 2019. This is the Digital house Noida store. I didnt use the earphones till the next day when I was on a flight & realised that they were defective and dont work at all. Infact they never turned on. I then called the store two days later and they told me to send it back and they would replace it for me. In this process I found that the serial number on my bill did not match the one on the box however I thought this was an error and left it.Fast forward to a few days later, I sent the earphones through courier and my friend went to the store all the way to have them replace it. I received the earphones and felt that they did not look new. Now 5 months more have passed and the earphones have completely stopped working.Since they are in their first year of warranty I went to the apple store today and found out that the piece is old and it is out of warranty. None of the serial numbers on the bill match the one on the earphones (again!)Finally found out that these guys are not authorized to sell apple products and deceive customers. I have been conned.The store has asked me for 1 more week to look into the matter and all I care about is that after spending 11000 INR, I never got a new pair of earphones to use!!!

I went to The Digital House 2 days back and Ive had the worst experience ever. I went inside the store to see some Polaroid Cameras and there was this Average height guy who decided to show me a few pieces. When I asked for the rate difference between their shop and Amazon, he got agressive and said that at least he was showing the piece to me in my hand. The way he dealt with us was so inappropriate. How is that behavior supposed to bring you guys customers? I have a lot of followers on Instagram as well as Twitter and im gonna make sure that they know what kind of staff you people have and no one should experience such shopping trauma.
