Had an extremely bad experience with the post sales process. The installation team is extremely rude and disrespectful. They try to take advantage of normal people with a fake extended warranty as well. The first thing they see is how can they extract the most amount of money from you with the least amount of service. I just recently bought Daikin AC in April 2021,Now May AC is Not working properly within 2 months..Might b they are selling fraud /worst product to customer..And all phone are unavailable where we will connect .please never visit Sargam..Fake Shop ever. Never Ever even think of Sargam Electronics. These people are fraud. The biggest fraud I ever faced. Sargam Electronics Noida. These guys sold me an LG AC along with a fake extended warranty of 5 yrs. They told me its and added warranty from LG.Firstly thier product is bad, right from the first year of purchase water starts dripping from inside the home. we are using buckets to contain it. Secondly requesting the service they will arrange it in 7-10 days and wont tell u even that they cheated u and ull be charged once the lg service is home. Beware this is a big fraud going on. Then when u contact them, they get rude on you, and ask u to pay and in turn tell u that u havent bought lg extended warranty rather its an warranty of thier own brand, under which u have to pay. With the service people sitting at my head for money now, they will not recieve your phone / disconnect your calls / or switch the mobile numbers if any. Sharing pics of my product and extended warranty bill.Last one - when connected with Sargam Noida on checking why am i asked money he teaches me over phone apse jitna poocha jaye utna jawaab den just like a police officer interogating me.The sales person Vikash over there today explains me that he cant talk to me on a proper number with connectivity as due to covid there is a rule that they cannot switch on thier phone.Sargam Noida - guys sudhar jao, i am not going to stop here, but will be taking this on twitter as well, so that a potential buyer knows what he is choosing for himself before visiting your store.Please guys save yourself from going there.

The staff is literally filled with cheaters and dupes. I bought a new AC and decided to pay some of it with exchanging an old AC. They told us that they have adjusted for all the additional work of fitting and taking the ACs in extra fees which they took. But when the guy for taking the old AC came , he charged extra. We called the staff and they made reasons which they didnt mention previously! Same thing happened for fixing new ACs.Really didnt like it. Just duping by the staff.

A good electronics showroom in Noida. They stock all leading brands. Staff is polite and helpful. Ive purchased a lot of home appliances from them. They deliver purchased goods as per committed time. Overall, a positive experience dealing with them. It is my first choice for purchasing electronics offline.

Please dont go there. They wont help you in case of any issue with your product. I purchased Llyod AC from them. It is still not working after two time repair. I bought it 2 month back. They tell talk with company for replacement. It is better top go online and get some good offer at least. You choose at least with your choice.if you go to their store they will insist you to but his product or that. Same happened with me. I planned to buy Hitachi AC but they insist to by LLyod.

Recently purchased a Sony LED tv. Explored several places prior to this store but got the best deal here. Though its early to say but after sales service looks promising. They called to make sure that the TV is installed.

Worst experience. I suggest not to buy any product from Noida Atta market sargam shop. Sale man is good but they cheat you in terms of product and service. In my case i bought Bosh fully automatic washing machine firstly they delivered late and that too demo product not the original one. After escalating they agreed to change and said it will take 4 days to deliver the original Bosh machine. Now even after a week machine is not installed.in all this showroom is all waste of time and money be carefully and stay alert. Suggest not to buy any product from this location.

Bunch of extremely unprofessional people, Bought a TV with extended warranty, The product became faulty just after one year of operation, now it can be understood why the sales person was putting more emphasis on this model which did not exist in the LG store. At the time of giving AMC they claim they have an engineering team of their own and follow an SLA of 48hours. But on facing the issue it was a different story altogether. No engineering team no SLA. and on top of that a bunch of highly unprofessional people, who will at first point not pickup your call and when after so much of trouble the call is picked up they promise to call back after 10 mins. And the 10 minutes never come. Think 100 times before buying a product from them and dont even dare to buy AMC from them.

Poor Service, Poor Product.I got a LED- DG brand (Which is there in house brand) and its screen got some issue in just 10 days. Called around 8 times to them for this issue then someone came took my led and said will take 4 days. Its been 6 days I am calling them no one is answering the call and even customer care number in on IVR only asking to wait for 10 to 15 minutes and then automatic disconnects the call.I would seriously not suggest to buy anything from here specially there in house product. Coz whether its there product or service both are useless and pathetic...DO NOT GO FOR SARGAM!!!
