Within the GIP mall, you have options to buy Dell, Acer or HP, from their exclusive stores. I have both Dell and Acer laptops with me, and I will provide you a comparative feedback of both. I bought my Dell laptop way back in March, 2014. Till date, even after 6.5 years, the laptop is working fine with no issues at all. In May, 2019, I decided to buy another laptop, I unfortunately went ahead with Acer despite almost everyone warning me about the poor quality and poor after sales service of Acer. I went ahead with Acer, simply because it was 4-5 K cheaper than Dells comparable model. Within just 1.3 years, the laptops adapter is gone, and I am unable to charge my laptop. You wont find replacement adapter easily, on Amazon or Flipkart or any online website. I had bought Acers 3 years extended warranty, I tried contacting Acers customer service email Id, but got no reply despite reminding them so many times. Even after escalating it, as per the escalation matrix in the Acer website, there was no reply at all. So, this is the state of customer service of this company Acer. Now, I am working with a 6.5 years old Dell laptop, and am unable to use the new Acer laptop. So, for saving just some 4-5 K, do not go for Acer. Dell is way better than Acer.

Store owners sell defective Dell laptops at higher prices by lying to the customers. NEVER buy dell products from this store.

Good service but bit costly

The staff is courteous just to attract customers. Took 2000 to place a new display cable; and gave me 3 months guarantee saying that the problem will be sorted forever. And now within 3 months, display problem has restarted.It would have been better if I had gone to some local Laptop store.

Fraud. Sold me dell latitude 3480 for 6000 rupees extra for accidental damage. Market price 29000 (at that time). sold me for 35000 . Invoice attached. Dell has refused my request for keyboard replacement. (image also attached).I wonder who can be trusted with Dell products if not DELL exclusive store.
