The repair workers of the shop are total cheat. I hired them for AC repair. They refilled gas, which leaked within 3 days of refilling. I followed-up so many times and got re-filled, but the gas again leaked. They do such a shoddy repair and refuse to attend calls.Moreover, their attitude is completely unprofessional. I repent everyday this summer asking them to attend my AC complaint in the first place.FYI, when they create bills, they change month to last month so that your effective warranty becomes one month less. So beware of these frauds. They dont have any sense of time and they damage the original equipment.I should have gone through authorised repair via Hitachi.
POOR SERVICE. CHEAT STAFF. Extremely angry with their staff. Modus Operandi to make money - every time they touch your AC, theyll say GAS NAHI HAI! Even if the AC is brand new. And then they wont even refill it full. Was charged Rs. 4000 for making a hole in the wall and hanging the AC. They dont pick calls once they get their money. Thinking of filing FIR against these buggers soon.
Worst! Pathetic! Even more than Worst... once they got their payment, they stop picking your phone. All are buggers.. thief they dont even know the the term customer service etc.
Worst serviceThey have opened service station to cheat client. Firstly they will call you every minute and once you are on trap and waiting for spares or anything, they will stop answering your call. His owner itself is cheater .Guys never call them for service
Very bad service..they dont send the technician within the time.limit..Technicians dont even understand the problem about AC.Worst experience ..
