I went here to purchase a split AC and refrigerator. I did not like how the staff was least interested or bothered to show us and we had to go to them to inquire. 😕 And we all the designs we liked (that were on the display as well) were not in stock. The staff is what makes a place. And the staff isn’t helpful at all.

My fav place for shopping of electronic items but some time their staff gives wrong information about product ... Which is very bad.after buying the product, when you contact them and tell them this feature vis not present in product that you said. On that time they become like sir ab kuch nai ho skta. Staff should not tell lie.

My review is from the point of view of a customer who bought basis the false commitment made at the point of sale and when I reach them for help they open thier Rule book and started wasting my time. They have lost thier service mindset completely. Product bechne ke time pe hazar vade karte hai jab koi bhi issue aata hai tab yeh 3rd party ban jate hai. Tab inke haat main sirf rule book hoti hai and jis brand ki yeh sales pichle 10 saal kar rahe hote hai vo he inki sunte... Apke customer ko foot ball ki tarah yaha se waha bhajte hai... I even spoke with thier center head and after talking to him I realised it is because the of people like him that customer issues face karte hai.. if leadership is Like him it willl be seen accross his team members as well. I could have even given less than a star if it was possible.I faced a similar issue some 7 years back in gurgaon. I visiTted Sohna road outlet and they gave me a resolution in 5 min max. It was this experience which made me loyal to Croma till this day but my recent experience made me think Croma people are no longer worth beleiving. I request everyone to rembember while buying any product from Croma that they can not be trusted

As usual you can get most of the electronic products over here. The essance is you can see the demo of most high end mobile phones. You can use them test their cameras and other functionalities before buying them.This has always been the best feature of croma and always will be.You can also visit this store for other items like laptops, home electronics, mobiles speakers and what not.

Very Poor Customer care service. They wont give you branches phone numbers. And they dont have information about their products.What type of company strategy is this?There are multiple stops/showrooms in Market.It is competitive world. So I went in the buy a product. After the executive spent around 1 hour of useless unwarranted explaining about the product about which I already did an extensive research on, he forwards me to another and he to another. Finally they come to the conclusion that the product is not there but 5pcs are there as per inventory. From 5:15PM when I entered Croma, it took them almost 4 hours to determine that they did not have the product and asked me to come back in December where they hope to have it. Well, I had already confirmed about the product availability beforehand via shop on video. Still the Croma executives thought it wise to waste 4 hours of my time of me driving 20kms away and paying the parking charges for absolutely no reason at all.Typical Govt. employee attitude. Almost everyone who came in to buy had the same issue of product unavailability. I dont know how Croma is surviving by driving away the customers.If the top Tata bosses are listening, You need to change how Croma functions. It is not a surprise that Croma is a loss making venture.

One of the best electronics store in India. It has a huge collection of items. Refrigerators, Air Conditioners, TVs, Mobile Phones, Cameras, Speakers, Headphones, you name it. Houses all the major brands (Sony, Samsung, LG, VU, TCL, One Plus, JBL) under one roof. Their staff however doesnt have much knowledge about the technical details of the products.

Really Bad experience with this store. I Purchased JBL live 220 bt earphones from this store in last month. And now it started getting trouble in on and off. Very disappointed from this. Customer support is also very bad.

Went here to get a demo on some bluetooth speakers. Staff was so disinterested to give a demo on the products. They even lied about Croma not giving EMI options on a particular product whereas the official website gives that facility. Even the info which was given was incorrect. Training is must for the staff here or else theyre just going to bring the brand a bad name
