Called the store to inquire about an AC model. Over-smart salesperson said it is available without checking. When we reached store they he checked and found it is not in stock. Also did not even come to tell us and made us wait their for 1 hour. Worst in showroom service. Will rather go to Delhi Laxmi Nagar then come here.Post reply edit: Instead of saving face online why dont you guys give this no. to your showroom team and tell them to give it to the customer. I generally dont write reviews. But here’s the worst experience I have faced after buying Samsung Washing machine from them.I feel cheated as they delivered brand new machine with a damaged surf dispenser part inside it. When spoken to them they simply said it was a seal packing and we don’t know anything about it. When asked for replacement they said it’s a last piece! After too many follow ups & arguements with them & Samsung I had to wait for almost 4 days to get that part replaced from company & get my brand new Machine started.Imagine the frustration & havoc that was created by such an unprofessional & negligent behaviour by this Kaydee electronics. They don’t check or do any pre delivery inspection before sending the appliance on home delivery. And once you encounter the issue it’s on consumer or the Company’s headache to get it done or fight for there defective pieces.I would suggest not to trust them for buying such expensive item. I wish I would have approached Amazon or more other professional outlets such as Chroma, Vijay Sales or Reliance. Where customer support & such cheating doesn’t happen.

Dont buy anything from here. You will get products at a higher price. I purchased a Voltas AC along with V Guard stablizer. Both the products were sold at a higher price. There was considerable difference in the stablizer. The same stablizer was costing 700 less when I searched at other shop or online. Upon contacting the dealer about this discrepancy, he was very unprofessional and told that this is the price at which they are selling. So look carefully, you will get a better deal from here.

The worst shop to go to. My family have been buying products from them since more than 20 years and they may have expanded in terms of showrooms and sales but are certainly shrinking in terms customer service. The sales representatives are bunch of idiots who by any means just want to sell you anything and the moment you have purchased the product they completely refuse to assist in any manner. I purchased 2 air conditioners and both of them stopped working within 10 days of purchase and the answer I got from these ridiculous people was this if a shopkeeper sells you a soap and there is a problem then will the shopkeeper solve it or the soap company solve it ? . Yeah this is how smart the executives are tgat they compared a 37k ac with a 10rs soap. Times were good when we used to deal directly with Sardarji.

Terrible experience. They over-charge and dont cite hidden charges. Very rude with customer, ask for more money at the time of installation. Went to the store to buy a Voltas AC and paid in full. The store clerks said the service centre people will come to install the AC. They came and asked for more money for a faulty plug in their kit. I called the store manager and he yelled at me when I got frustrated about the extra charges. Im very upset and do not recommend their products or services. Stay away.

As a customer I would recommend everyone to never buy anything from KD ELECTRONICS.They are the worst. They show you good products in showroom but deliver damaged/defective products at customers homes. By the time customer comes to know about the damage (say for instance after 2-3 days) and informs them about the same they put the blame back on the customer.Recently I bought a Rs 55000 Samsung refrigerator from them. It had a dent at the bottom of the side panel. Because of black color I got to know about it after 2-3 days. when I informed them about it there sales person Samual starts blaming me for not informing them the same day.He said that they cant do anything about it but will raise the complaint with Samsung. But he didnt register any complaint. He kept on delaying it despite of my repeated calls and requests.As soon as they get their payment customer becomes a burden on them. They starts treating him shabilly.I warn everyone to not buy anything from KD ELECTRONICS. If some problem occurs with the product then you will repent later. This same behaviour has been confirmed by many when I spoke to other people about them.

Bad expereince! bought a washing machine from them 3 years back. The machine arrived with a lot of scrathes and few dent and cable cuts. It looked second hand washing machine. On speaking with the sales person he refused to return the machine back.These guys are selling second hand stuff. They will show you good stuff in showroom. But will send you second hand goods. Hence duping people. If you ask anything they will say go to the service centre. I means its better to buy online since they can also do the same but atleast they give lower price.Later on I bought a TV from them and bam it stopped working in 6 months. The store said to speak with Panasonic since they are not the manufacturer. Panasonic was not also able to do anything. I ended up selling 24k tv for 2k later in scrap.

Poor service..bought refrigerator and next day only it started causing problem. Moreover the owner is not taking responsibility and is not willing to change or repair it.

I bought a TV almost year back and with a promised cash back of Rs2500. I have just got Rs 1500 till date and when I call them they dont respond or honor the cash back. The sales person was Manish and show room lead is Aman for sector 18.It has been more than 3 months of follow up with no response. I bought good based upon truat they showcased and the even said if you have any problem you can reach out to them.They didnt even do any follow up and I coordinated with bank why no cash back is coming. Bank said offer is only for 1500 and not 2500, ask KD why they said 2500. Now KD has just stopped responding.Realy disappointed with them. Making false promise to make sales. Would not recommend anyone to buy from them.The shop Manager Aman even have guts to say we never promised despite him acknowledgement earlier and a hand written note from Manish.Even when I contracted their head office Mr Naresh just didnt help.BIG CHEATS and LIERS. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM.REPLY TO KD RESPONSE -I can show you note from Manish showing 2500 cash back, if you want. Both Manish and Aman even acknowledged it when I even personally came to shop. Now they are backing out. Have already shown them written note.Stop telling lies or fooling customer. Rather learn to accept your mistake.It was my mistake to trust you people and will never buy from you or recommend anyone to buy from you.

The worst ever experience I have got while dealing with my ac repair which I bought from them.It is still under warranty and from the last 15 days I have told them to get it repaired as it has a defective pcb. On the first day their technician came and inspected the ac, at that time he didnt have the PCB so he told me that within 3 days it will come and the ac would be repaired. After that day nobody has called from their side and when I call, they start giving me other numbers of the workshop and etc on which nobody responds or calls back.Please I would suggest everyone not to buy anything from this place.

Not at all geniune store. I just bought an aircon on 31st August 2017 from them. The guy aman was dealing with me. I clearly mention that guy about the make of ac. I wanted 2017 make as I was aware of them selling old products. What I recieved next day way April 2016 ac with damaged grill. On the same night the ac was blocked with ice as there was a gas leakage. They stop taking my calls. It had multiple damage but still I am struggling to get any reply. I have reached whirlpool directly after few days struggling with them. Be aware of them guys. What they say in the starting and what they deliver is opposite. Do not waste your hard earned money with such dealers.

Horrible experience after purchasing a Daikin Inverter AC. Had to run around for 2 days missing work to get the installation done. Then it stopped working after a month. Service is done by the contracters they have a tie up with. They take their own time to service it. So more follow up and delay. Big mistake by buying it from this shop and I am now repenting it. Buy from anywhere else other than this shop.
