Nice place

This is not a shop, the best word which can describe it is a chor bazaar , let me tell you my story so you can not get tricked into buying something which is faulty and fake like i did from here.A few months ago, February this year to be exact we purchased a morphy richards OTG. Being an american well known brand we thought the product would serve us well and turn out to be a nice product but alas! This shop had the service agreement of our OTG, within a month the handle of our OTG comes out into our hand, completely seperated from the body, The thermostat breaks down and the otg is malfunctioning. We call up these guys regularly , they come once a week perform some service on the product and then disappear again.Soon the problem starts again and the cycle is repeated. And to top that the sheer audacity of the store owner was to tell us Call kyu kar rahe ho baar baar technician bhej dia hai maine . After my mother got frustrated and called him a number of times and he didnt pick up or set his phone on blocing mode. (in english WHY DO YOU KEEP CALLING US WE HAVE ALREADY SENT THE TECHNICIAN) WORST FAKE PRODUCT SELLING SHOP AKA CHOR BAZAAR.I RECOMMEND GOING TO YOUR NEIGHBOURHOD KABAADI WAALA AND PURCHASING A SECOND HAND ITEM RATHER THAN GOING HERE.We will be going to consumer forums with the problems we are facing with these people.
