Crown tower booking was done on terms of possession handover in 18 months, assured rental and all PreEMIs to be paid by them. They are not holding to their terms and still doing fraud to people while new bookings. They pay for.few months then they say they do not have funds, destroy your credit score and will say they will try to adjust during possession handover.Do not buy from Supertech.

Hello,I am resident of Supertech Eco Village 2 , D1 tower . Since 2 days in am facing pathetic service from your side . Neither electricity nor power backups are working. It’s becoming difficult to leave at the township with such an reputed builder . The situation are so pathetic that person has to climb up till 20 floor physically as lifts are also not working . Neither water is coming now .It’s been a while , and you are just testing our patience as its seems its quiet usual situation for you !! Its on high phase and I we don’t get the resolution by today , unfortunately we have to undergo with some situation which will be unfavourable for you . Looking forward for quick response

The Supertech was known to be a reputed builder in Delhi NCR area. There corporate office is well built and maintained, you can visit with specific purpose and specifying the one you need to meet. However, there residential projects are not doing so good. The complaints of maintenance are being observed, full projects are running with delay too. So overall the company is losing its reputation.

Fraud builder booked flat 2012 but still waiting even though 90% work is already done by 2015. Also denied there own promise to issue addendum letter. Avoid buying in any of the project even if give 100% discount

Very poor response. The folks at the counter are amicable rest all are best to avoid. The company has several consumer complaints and doesnt seem to have a good reputation either. Employees are mostly reluctant to communicate and also are more entangled in dealing with legal issues rather than provide quality customer service or visitor experience. Suggest not to get into any deals with the company till it is in the clear and has made amends for its inappropriate conduct.

Office building is adjacent to main road, kindly recheck exact locationif you are booking a cab. The office building is good and modern architectural design with complete AC and punching machine gate. Reception is well managed, after inquiry they will grant you permission to enter or meet the person you went to.

Supertech is a best builder when it comes to quality and infrastructure. They are most ethical and innovative builders in and around the region. A very good company to buy your dream home.. The progress in terms of construction makes me feel secure that my money is safe and secure with the group.

Supertech limited is the second after amarpali , u cant trust them as i got my flat after 6 years of booking , 3 years late. They overcharged you. The last payment will shock you. Better to go for ready to move rather to choose Supertech limited. You invest all your savings and they dont have feelings and emotions.

Totally confused place with people sitting next are not known. Regretting buying a property in Supertech Rudrapur. Although Metropolis Apartments are very good. Accounting staff is dishonest and they have charged again for payment receipt issued by themself. Has anyone ever heard about not honouring their own payment receipt. This is what happened with me in Supertech Rudrapur office when Mr Mishra was their manager, to be specific.

Pathetic builder. Have not completed any of its projects. Diverted money collected from buyers and started a new project which are also incomplete. I am afraid if Mr. Arora files for insolvency. Both father and son are super frauds.

I had booked my flat in 2011 and the possession date was May 2015 everytime I visit there next year you will get the flat possession but its August 2019 and still they are giving us excuse that they will give in 2020 August. I want to return my property and they are not agree on that also.

Apartment booked in 2009, to be delivered in 2012 yet to be given.Stopped paying EMI after 2014. Corporation bank even now giving home loans for Supertech apartments. And Bank after buyers.

I have bought a flat in supertech capetown crown tower sector 74 Noida, under subvention plan, scheme of assured rental till possession and pre - EMI till possession.Both promises are not being honoured by the builder, also project has been delayed for possession after visiting their office got to know that they don’t have funds.It’s a RERA compliance project but they just don’t honour any of their promise made in agreement.I have been stuck in this project and cheated by them.

Supertech Limited is the biggest cheater and blackmailer of all the builders. I was trapped with the attractive propaganda and false promises of the company eight years ago in their Livingston Project. Now they are demanding an impossible penal interest at gigantic rates for no fault of mine as I was ready to pay the company in time and kept asking for papers of project approval which they did not have. They have themselves delayed the construction and offered possession of the flat after eight years of booking. And now they are asking interest for an amount which is higher than my loan amount !! I am trapped with this fraud builder with my lifetime saving and am taking them to court very soon. Please DO NOT buy any flat from this cheater and blackmailer builder !!!

Very irresponsible staff, booked in capetown cape crown, but got confirmation that we had booked in eco village III, we had given only 1 lakh rupees as token money, but when we asked for rerurn the booking amount they said supertech will not return the money. As per RERA act buyer can leave the project any time and developer will cut some percentage of paid amount and rest will return.

I have never seen such fraudulent builder. No pros with this builder only cons. Bad construction quality, delay upto 10 years or even more, they will not give any late penalty.

Pathatic customer service, they dont respond to mails, change plans without intimation and inform the home/ shop owner at last stage and ask for additional money. No work ethics, their CRM department is pathatic, they just try to convince you by any means. They always give standard meaningless reply to mails. Dont understand how they are surviving in spite of bad customer support and no ethics. For almost every project they change plans and dont bother to inform the Client.be careful while dealing with them, ask specifically for carpet area. For commercial projects they have carpet area as low as 53%. And never buy a supertech property through Investor clinic, they will just ruin your life.

Supertech is the worst builder in the market, they are just cheating the customers. At the time of booking they will show you nice dreams but everything will end up in fighting with them for unethical charges.Supertech have sent be demand letter late by 10 day and have asked to deposit the money with 5 days although as per the rule they should provide at least 15 days time. when i reported this concern to Supertech they are not responding to my email and after several follow up emails they are saying that they will provide an approval letter. I have not asked for any favor then why they are not providing the demand letter?Supertech is doing this intentionally so that they can charge you interest the the time of possession.I would suggest you not to buy any property from Supertech.BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THEN REGRET ON YOUR MISTAKE.

One of the worst builder, I have ever come across. Fraud,cheater and blackmailer of the highest order. Product quality is poor and delivery period is uncertain, in the name of compensation for the delay has considered for about 12 months as against actual delay of 26 month and has build up delay payment charges without any base, with no prior information of having received any payment late. For utter surprize, delay in receiving payment has been counted on daily basis, while the compensation is being ignored in month and years.
