Highly recommended lab.... went there for my neck FNAC procedure....very competent doctors... efficient and polite staff... overall great experience.
My wife went for an FNAC here. The doctor who took the sample was not at all proficient. Firstly, she had to took the sample twice because she was unable to take the correct sample in one go. Secondly, while taking the sample she did not take adequate care and apparently ended up hitting the nerve, thereby giving her pain that still lasts even after a month. The senior lady doctor just came once instructed the junior doc and did not even stay back while the sample was being taken. We came to know of the correct FNAC procedure when we went to a govt hospital (for a second opinion), the doctor did the test again which was absolutely painless. He also took the sample from just under the skin whereas the doctor at PCS inserted the whole needle while taking the sample. I recommend not going to this place.
I was referred to Dr. Chandras lab for FNAC. I found the staff to be very competent and cooperative. Dr. Chandra was very pleasant.I found the lab to be highly professional .Recommend others to go to PCS lab for FNAC
Very much satisfied with their services... got proper guidance...
I Went To This Lab On Recommendation Of My Doctor For An Fnac. I Had 3 Knots On My Neck And The Doctor Suspected TB. The Person Who Took The Sample Pricked A Nerve Instead Which Sent Shooting Pain Up And Down My Back And Arm. Even After That She Didnt Seem To Have Found The Right Point And Moved The Needle Inside My Neck Which Increased The Pain So Much That I Cried Out For Her To Stop. Then She Removed The Needle And Asked Me To Wait Outside Because She Was Not Sure If She Had The Sample. Then She Fetched The Senior Doctor And Asked If She Was Taking Sample From Right Place. The Doctor Gave Some Instruction (she also identified one of the knots as a sebaceous gland which later the doctor at the TB hospital confirmed was a TB infected lymphnode) Since Apparently The Sample Was Not Sufficient, The Whole Process Was Repeated With The Same Pain.2 Days Later I Went To The Government TB Hospital In Delhi And They Did The Same Test With Zero Pain In Less Than 2 Minutes. I Still Had Extreme Pain In My Arm Shoulder And Back Which I Told To The Doctor At The Hospital. He Said Its Probably Nerve Damage When Sample Was Taken And Recommended Me To A Neuro At Safdurjung. The Neuro Confirmed That Nerve Is Damaged And Will Take 3-4 Months To Heal. My Left Hand Is Now Totally Unusable.Dont Ever Go To This Path Lab, They Are Inexperienced And You Might End Up With More Problems.
She has very good command in her field and very nice human being.
