This is located in Sector 26 next to I care hospital and has a running emergency services. There are very good surgeons and a variety of surgeries like TKR, kidney transplant, spine surgery and lap cholecystectomy. The staff is very proficient and helpfull. There is a physiotherapy clinic too . There is a small snack counter too at the basement catering to opd patients

Had a good experience in Apollos care for a surgery in the family. Doctor Jaiswal and the entire staff including the nursing staff, administration, f&b, and other functions did a great job in taking care of the patient. Thanks to all of them for making our stay very comfortable. The discharge process could be made a bit more clear and faster.

Worst place to get your health checkup done. Lack of defined process, staff shouting token numbers like a fruit market, no information display board to guide patients. Surprisingly, management cant even think of putting a LED token display board. They want people to get over head of billing and helpdesk staff and face chaos.

Going to a hospital is never fortunate. However Apollo noida treats me like a person and not a patient. It offers me conducive environment to talk to my doctors and helpful staff. It is a hygienic place with delicious food for patients.

With an online appointment I got past the billing desk very quickly by making payment. And the doctor at test lab was also very polite and quick. And so were the staff members as well 👌Parking was the only issue here. But other than that it was a great experience there today!

Good vaccination process. The staff cared throughout the process; before and after the vaccination. Thats one perk of getting vaccinated from private centre, it felt like they were well concerned and equipped enough to handle the immediate side effect or allergies during the 30 minute wait period.It was extremely good experience. We fell very safe in hospital during Covid -19. Overall i just love the service.

All the services and facilities are beyond the expectation .The billing process is very disappointing . At the time of discharge or came to my knowledge that hospital has charged false bills to Insurance . Only 2 tab cefodem 2 capsule urimax and 2 tab pantocid given in ward but charged to insurance 5500 rs for this .No any consultation done in Apollo noida but charged 2300 rs as consultancy fee. For one day stay hospital has charged 2 days bill to insurance .Went there for DJ stent removal but hospital has charged for cystoscopy also to insurance company which was not part of that procedure . During my admission to discharge not a single Dr visited me in ward . Hospital has asked me to give video statement that was correct just I have given for hospital facilities rooms and surgeon apart from that this is not a hospital if you want to stay in hotel like hospital then you can go there . They are ready to cheat patients as well as insurance company also .Again I am telling that services are good like food room service and nurses if you will try to reach to dr then it is very much difficult no body will entertain you .They are not maintaining NABH guidelines .

Went there for Wrist surgery, which was handled by experienced Doctors. My aon stayed with me as attendant and he was also taken care off very well. Cleaning staff were polite and helpful. Nurses were also very polite and helpful.

Third class arrangements for Covid vaccination, see the attached photo, see the protocol they follow....even after the paid vaccination they they 60-90 mins ...long queue for registration even after you have Cowin booking, no AC while doing registration very frustrating with humidity and sweat....Rude guard on duty who was on mobile rather than doing proper arrangements.....please ignore selecting this hospital....govt or other private centers are far far better.
