My wifes hearing aids (LEFT EAR) bought through ECHS from Hearing Point about 2years and 11months ago on a complaint was found to be dead by a specialist at a famous hospital at Greter Noida. On being apprised the specialist at Noida audiologist i miss Ankita did her best and got the replacement done within 3/4 days from the coy. Grateful to the Hearing Point service and Miss Ankita for thr job well done and speedily.

Came across Dr. Ankur Chopra and was very happy with the guidance and professional advice he gave, that went a long way in helping us make our decision.

I had gone for PTA and Impedance test. It was an extremely disappointing experience. Wrong reports, the ear which was faulty was written as normal and vice versa. I had to call them up for correcting the reports. If this is the service after paying a hefty amount its absolutely disgusting. It was registered under name Anuradha Bhaiya.

Had heard a lot about Dr. Ankur Chopra, hence we took prior appointment of Dr. Ankur Chopra for assessment of our 2 yr old child. On the appointment time, he wasnt available and someone else assessed the child stating that Dr Ankur will assess finally and charged consultation of Dr Ankur only. But, Dr Ankur didnt assess our child. Very disappointed.

Pathetic and non supportive experience.I went to clinic for hearing aid for my wife mother. Doctor ask to come next day as the clinic open between 10 to 7 since we reached 10 min late.We agrees since we were late and next day we reached 20 min early. But again doctor says you should come 6:00 since they need time for checkups. On the clinic gate it is mentioned that clinic is open between 10 am to 7 pm. I traveled 12km with my wife child and her mother and we reached 20 min before time still doctor refuse to check. The behavior of receptionist and doctor was very rude. I do not recommend them.

I was wearing my basic Starkey hearing aids since long time and I was extremely satisfied. I thought of buying a better hearing aid which will help me listen better. They recommended Starkey’s latest hearing aids and I bought the same from them. I am really regretting it. The settings or hearing aids , I don’t what, really sucks. I can’t listen anything properly.

I was recently here for the speech problems of a known one and everyone in the clinic starting from the clinic coordinator to the doctors were very cordiall. I highly recommend hearing point for your speech therapy queries.

I bought a RIC Simens model for both the hear but they provide me without any proper diagnosis, finally i cant used the H Aid & just lost my Hearing condition more then earlier, again i visit their sector- 19 Noida clinic they diagnose me my hearing losses increase due to unmatched hearing Aid, then i disclose machine was purchased from your other sector-18 New branch then they just shut their mouth & no response, ultimately i lossed my hearing problem then earlier

They should make sure to clean the buds and other equipment before and after the use, that will greatly help improve confidence of their clients in them. Rest all was great.

I have visited this place just once for aome ear test. Overall it was a nice experience apart from wait time however the time given to me while tests was good enough hence thid place qualifies for 5 stars from my side. Its located on main road, staff is well cultured.
