I think that this builder take some more time to get me possession on my villa no 58, i was visited 3 days ago to see the construction of my villa but i am very dis-pointed with this to see only pillars and walls and one roof is made on my villa, by the way am just say that dont judge book by its covergo tho the construction site and see with your own eyes..and i think they handover the villa in Dec 2020.

Cheap builder and we feel like cheated. Very poor construction. There was no professional architecture in setting up society. Everything seems lacking in design and system. Visit lotus villas society and you can verify all this. No STP, No Solid waste management system and No rain water harvesting. Poor design of sewage resulting to overflow of sewage water. On top of it, no one from builder responds and visits to listen to the residents problems. People have been living in the worst condition.

I was visit Lotus villas society in July 2020, This is very good low rise society in Sector 1 Greater Noida West. I want to plan for buy a 2 bhk in Lotus Villas society, they are offer at best price in market.

Renowned Lotus Villa is a good low rise apartment and economical also with good security. Its not very much high standard but A nice place to live with family as they have good atmosphere and clean places in low budget.

I have visited many real estate projects in the process of buying a flat and also gone through different experiences. When I visited Renowned Group Lotus Villa project, i had the worst experience. These people are cheaters. They take money and run away. No one is there to listen and respond to the visitors for their queries. While i was going through this, i have heard many other bad experience from other people how these people take their money and not refunding when deal was cancelled because of genuine reasons. I also want to quote the administration and government that why they are allowing such cheaters who are braking the trust of the buyers. I have few names from Renowned Group also but dont want to mention on this platform. Be aware of these frauds and suggestion to others take strict action against these fraud people which will be a lesson for other cheaters.My rating is in negative.

I am living in the Lotus Villa society built by this renowned builder. He has made our lives a hell.3yrs back when we took handover of our property and on the promises made by the Renowned Builder that he is going to complete all the pending work BUT the builder has fooled us and me and family are much disappointed facing daily issues because of this incomplete work left by this builder and bad designing done of this society.Every time when it rains our inside society roads get water logged and there is not a all proper drainage water management done with no exit point.Just like yesterday too it was raining and road water was coming inside our homes.Worst builder and no experience of how the design and construction should be done.

Dont ever buy any Renowned project property. Lotus Villas jalpura society is suffering from water logging inside 2BHK and 1BHK row. Sewar and rain water line mixed by builder. No rainwater harvesting pit inside the society constructed by builder neither any STP is there. Daily Tanker use to through sewar and rain water. Whole society is suffering from the problem. Builder dont even listen to any one of us. Please nover think of Renowned builder project.

The construction error, poor material, irresponsible supervision, faulty engineering made us very sad. They didnt fulfill there promises too. Even water sewer line is not through & handed over. The daily water used are deposited over road inside the society, which is very serious in this COVID-19 sessions.

Whenever they want they will change the layout. No maintenance no amenities. Swimming pool on society roads. No security and when swimming pool on road, electricity needs to cut off otherwise anything can happen. No proper sewage.If you too much money just throw it but don’t waste with this builder.

Its a good place for medium class families. Better than SurajpurSituated in the outskirt of village Surajpur along the line of Main Dadri road. Popularly known as Lotus Park society, its a low budget housing complex authorised by Greater Noida Authority. It has low rise 3 floor (G+3) towers having 4 flats in each floor. Provided with lift facility it has easy access to top floor residents. Mostly 1 BHK flats are there. But one can book its 2 BHK as well as 3 BHK flats too.As far as building and construction is concerned it is lacking in finishing and raw materials. Poorly constructed and poorly maintained. Good thing is that purchaser gets quick possession with registry. No parks for children to play and jogging for elders. Club and gymnasium is still under construction.One can buy a flat for investment purpose but not a healthy choice for living..atleast at present facilities.

Worst experience, after deal they are not responding to customer in professional way. They send me two demands without completing the work. I bear rate of interest till almost 1 year. Then they mail me that they will adjust the interest part in next demand. But now Ms. Vibha Tyagi is refusing it and saying that ask to banker why he released the payment without verification. Very bad builder, unfortunately I bought one Villa from them. They have missed Dec 2016 deadline by a year and whenever I visit I dont see any work happening there. There is nobody to talk from office, mostly concerned person dont pick calls, if by any chance they do they avoid and at the end they ignore. Its very frustrating with this builder. Just avoid this builder.
