@ace group is a emerging group but it seems they only have the job to sell flats and nothing more than that. My personal experience in one of its projects is worse , I would recommend go for some other project but not Ace ....because they dont understand people language after you buy flat. There are many things which will effect you after moving in and no one cares especially its MAINTENANCE TEAM.

At the time when we were going to the Ace devino site they said if you dont like the unit ,we will fully return your money but now we are calling them since 1week but they are not responding Even they are not responding of my messages. Now I can not recommend to anyone to invest in such kind of project. Plz... Think many times before investment in this kind of property.very disappointed.😠

Worst experience dealing with Builder. Has employed goons to Threaten you. There employees fool buyers make huge money and themselves buy many flats/shops.. Beaware of so called channel partners.. it itself mean that they are taking at least 4-5 lacs brokerage from your hard earned money...Builder otherwise builds nice buildings compared to Supertech etc.

It has encouraged other plot owners in Sectorb126 to start construction on their plot in Sector 126. In coming time this Sector will become well known institutional area..Bedides this building few people have illegally constructed buildings on Noida Authoritys land.Another institutional project at plot No 1 A is under construction and will provide adequate space for IT industries.T his area will become famous institutional area in future.

I NEVER RECOMMEND TO BUY FLAT IN ACE PLATINUM EVEN IN ANY ACE GROUP SOCIETY.I purchased flat in ACE Platinum in 2018. Sales guy and cheaters Mayank Tomar (posted at ACE platinum site) was dealing the sale along with Mamata.At the time of booking he promised the builder will put net on every 6th floor gallery open area, camera will be on each floor gallery. But after taking booking amount and loan disbursement from bank he started to deny everything.Construction quality is very bad, most flats have seepage problem. Maintenance cost is high. No security cameras in any floor, basement.He also said that I will get parking at ground floor, they allotted parking in basement. The allotted parking now becomes a nightmare for me. And they are not ready to change allotted the parking to another place.I never recommend anyone to buy flat in this society event do not buy flat from ACE group. They all are big cheaters.Please do not deal flat purchase in ACE Platinum, and with ACE group, they are cheaters, they are making false promise and do not deal with Mayank Tomar, Mamata. These guys will give your the worst flat.PLEASE DO NOT BUY FLAT IN ACE PLATINUM.

Here is review of Ace Aspire (delivered by Ace Group)There are many issues in this project. If you are planning to purchase flat, meet genuine buyers and you would know realty. dont go on fake reviews.!Bad:1) Non responsiveness of maintenance Team2) Novice maintenance Team. This is coz builder owns the company and no proper experience to deal.3) Much seepage issues (almost in every flat). This has been conveyed number of times to management but all keeping mum.4) Project is not handed over yet completely.Everyday you could see pipe bursting/leakage issues5) You could see stray dogs roaming easily6) Many fake promises were done by builder and there are no updates on it7) Very high maintenance charge.8) There are only 2 lifts on F and D tower. So for each 8 flats 2 lifts and number of floors are 24. you can imagine situation. Builder promised to provide capsule lift but now all in vain.9) No place for window AC. If you are planning forget it.10) It was not delivered on time at all. Dont believe if any sales person is boasting.11) While purchasing flat there was Puja room but nothing in actual for few flats. You can check F XXX7 units.12) Open fire pipes in flat. Cover at your own cost.13) Fluctuation in electricity. You electrical appliances are at risk. Still root cause not found what is causing issues.Good:1) Prime location2) Palatial balconies

I purchased a flat in Ace Platinum. From outside society looks very good but when you start living the conditions are pathetic.There is a huge problem of seepage in most of the flats. It took me 6 months to overcome this issues and when you contact the management they hardly respond. Constructuon quality is very poor. You dont need a hammer to put a nail.After I took possession I noticed that 13 tiles were broken in washroom and when I spoke to Mr Abhishek he simply replied you should have checked it before taking possession and he was not at all willing to help also. We put all our money in property but these kind of builders dont even bother to respond or even have an intention to help.Another surprising thing is that i mentioned replacement of the main wooden gate which had a crack and after several follow ups even after 9 months they did not change it.Which clearly indicates that this ace group does not even honour the written commitments. Think twice before investing with this group. Shyam Bajaj.

Not good flats,did not like the construction quality and design

When we bought this flat as per documentation it include place for Pooja Room in Dining Room, but as per actual status of flat/ unit we are not getting any place for the same as discussed with us & Unit just opposite to us are getting pooja place as mentioned in structure plan.Concern No 2 is Regarding Lift, Only 2 lift provided for 8 Flats in tower D where in tower C, 2 Lift Provided for 4 flats. if this was your structure plan you should have mentioned on your Site Plan & In agreement also this is completely a Hide Of information.Concern No 3 Is Construction is already delayed up-to 8 months & as per your words possession will be offered in Mar 2017 which again would be delay by 11 months from the date of agreement.After Considering above 3 Concern Still your Company is Charging heavy interest from Customer isit a fair behaviour toward your customer & If you talk about customer satisfaction in your Mission Or Vision That is not at all Correct, we are very disappointed by the behaviour.

They dont deliver on time as they claim. Avoid this builder. Am referring to Ace Golfshire, Sector 150, Noida project.

Ok with the quality, building and overall structure and layout seems to be quite messy and even after the association with Godrej no major changes in their projects

I booked a flat in Ace aspire and have worst experience of life dealing with Ace employees. Below are few points.1. When you want to contact Ace employees for any concern they will neither pick your call nor respond on email.2. Quality of construction is very Poor. They left red colured fire fighting pipes un covered that runs all through your bedroom. Looks very bad.3. Size and number of lifts is very less particularly in D tower. On an average you will have to wait 25 mins for it.4. Balconies are not built safe. Quality of rods covering balcony is so bad that it shakes at a touch. Also balcony is not secure as someone can easily jump into yours from adjecent flats balcony.5. Fitting material in bathroom and kitchen is of local grade.6. Besides this they are involved in correcupt practices as well. They took completion certificate dated 19th july 2016 by paying bribe to GNID. Any one on site would tell you flats are not complete even as of today.7. They have created all sorts of farzi documants so that they dont have to pay delay penalty. If we consire Mar 2017 then they have already delayed the project by 1 year. But as per records the project was complete in July 2016 itself.8. On final payment Ace will charge for a lot of hidden things that would amount for around 1 lakh. And the worst thing they will ask you to pay lawer appointed by them for registry and paper works.
