CRC group builders Services and commitment is very poor. Very poor complaint management system. Frequently increasing maintenance charges , Drinking water quality is not meeting as per standards norms ( Black particles and microorganisms present in drinking water).

Just creating hype in the market that they have sold sublimis and trying to sell their new project. Total waste of time here. Do not visit as they will try to sell something else

I had booked flat in 2014 for Ajnara belvedere project in which CRC assured me to give back 164000 INR upon 40% of payment made to builder. They have given a credit note for this.We had already made 40% payment in Jan 2016. We have asked several times to give my amount as specified in credit note given by CRC. CRC official denied to give anything back till now. Not sure whether need to initiate legal action on this?

Hi I have a flat at Mantra Haridwar, I find everything is good in building & Mantra Management but having issue with Parking as more than 1.5 year over, but Covered Parking is still not allotted, many times communication done & every time they committed for next day, now its feel some fraud is going on as money for parking has taken 1 year ago but still covered parking not allotted, so my experience with Parking is very poor
