Purchased a flat over here. Handover team is pathetic doesnt even complete the full house work as promised date. They will give you false hope that they will complete the handover work in time but in the end they will not. You have to send your own money to do the remaining things. Pathetic service and pathetic team.

We recently purchased a new apartment in Cleo County. There were some plumbing and other issues. I am really glad to have found Mr. Gaurav. He is in the maintenance department (senior position). I have only spoken to him on phone, but he has been a great help so far.He is always available and calls back if he missed the call. He takes the time to listen to the resident’s problem carefully and take action immediately. He is so transparent that he takes labor on a phone conference with you, and scolds him if the work is not done properly.Id like to express my sincere appreciation towards him.Mr. Guarav, you’re an asset to such a wonderful society. I went looks at cleo street and took service by Mr shahrukhh. He is great at his work , gave me a nice hair cut n style . Salon was nice and cleanThey maintain proper hygiene.

A classic restaurant. On top of this they have paid rooms for your guests to stay. Amazing is the word.The waiting area in towers is something that can only be seen in the most posh societies.-1 because the garden area has still water which I think is beautiful but is not a good idea for a society & because the society is going to be too congested, it’s a high rise. There are some basic flaws in house construction too.

I live in Cleo County. The place is nice and comfortable. Nice facilities.The biggest drawback is only Two Lifts in A, B and C towers which has four flats at each floor with total 27 floors each. Commuting is a problemAnother problem is no visitors car parking facility inside or even out side the society. Every time its a humiliating scenes at the gate when visitors want to go to the lobby of the tower in their cars and park inside. All open car space has been sold by the builder and he is not doing anything to ease the situation.

These appartements are pretty good. They have 2500 flats in the over all society and 27 floor in one tower. One disadvantage is that there is no metro near this society in range of 1.5 km.

Very nice place, beautiful poolside and indoor pool is very refreshing, clubhouse is very good though the tt bats are not of good quality but if you play tt then you will play with your own, its not only a place to live but a place to chill too. Loved it

Too costly for the constuction quality, dont go with the charm of the clubhouse, see the flaws in the flats and other basic maintenance issues, beware. I want to warn the innocent people who gets cheated by this builder, Rest its your choice.

It is so luxurious. It have its own salon, restaurant,gym. It is only available for family and not for singles.I think it is one of the best society.It has total 24 building with 2800 flats.

Excellent society. Best in Noida as on date. The infrastructure quality is great and the landscaping and other facilities are very nice. Their USP is the club house which is state of the art and ultra modern. The restaurant within the club is fine too. Eagerly waiting for the next phase to be developed and the Cleo Street market to be constructed.

Pathetic after sales.Arrogant Builder & staff known to beats residents if questioned.Residents were beaten by Builder management with Guards earlier in Olive County & now in Cleo County in a recent incident.You are asked to pay extra amount with legal threats even after closing the sales price for the flat & after taking possession from the builder which no one ‘d get without 100% payments anyway.Those who have invested are helpless however anyone planning to invest in this property is advised to avoid this trap of fancy club as you won’t be sleeping in swimming pools but in ur houses. While the club is already over crowded with mere 30% possession with half of the facilities already withdrawn or dis functional.

Good place to stay. Big positive: beautiful outdoor space with great amenities like pool, clubhouse... Big negative: there is no major but guest parking space could have been more.

Third class management especially in Covid times where society has got 5 Covid-19 positive confirmed cases yet the Builder has not taken any concrete action. All they do is issue messages on the Mygate app which is also on off.Responses are selective and there is no escalation mechanism for u resolved issues. you may end up running pillar to post for every small issues.Maintenance Team is with builder’s own company... yet there is no sincerity about their work. What worst example can be set where Residents had to buy them Thermal Scanners for Society Safety.Later in April builder made arranged one Automatic scanner for a week or so.... which also got removed after the Photo op for media. just in case u also saw in newspapers.Quality of construction is already exposed with mass cracks all over the society. French window Glasses shattered with wind in approx 40% of the houses with no replacement from the Builder. They blame you for mishandling.Gardens already lost their sheen due to poor maintenance & bald patches can be seen all across. Main Gate roof fell off last monsoon where damage can be easily seen from high floors.Visitors parking open space is been sold to residents against RERA guidelines creating a huge opportunity for Car thieves. 4 Cars are stolen already from outside main gate.Their is no clarity on Cleo Market construction & handover ... by the time it comes a parallel market at 1/5th of the price is already blooming right in front of the Main gate. Huge investment loss ...

One of the better housing complexes in Noida.It has spacious flats and good material is used in construction. Most of the towers have 28 floors. Lifts are spacious and fast. Children playing area are good and well maintained. The best part of the complex is a big temple inside the housing complex. The swimming pool is also very good.

Superb Society. Has only 3|3+1|4|4+1 BHK. Great interiors- wooden flooring in rooms, glass cabinets in washrooms, cool wardrobe and modular kitchen. The best part is their club with multi-level swimming pool, spa, jacuzzi and Gym. Ideal living for slightly above average household.

Its going to be the best residential society in the coming years... You just got to give it a couple of years before it comes out in its full form.. The floor map layout, services etc are good on paper - lets see what the builder can really deliver.

Liked the plan of the flats, and the society. One thing I liked about it is All Apartments are symmetrically and innovatively designed. On completion, the society seems beautiful with their plans which include five level swimming pool, spa services, child playing area, with ample sand, water.

Good place to stay but isolated. In coming days it can be one of the best place to live. Centrally air conditioned with place for small parties and all the basic facilities.

Amazing society with great location. Its the first society in Noida with heated indoor swimming pool. Rooms are spacious with all the fitting included. Kitchen is spacious and best . Everything used in the flat is of class . You get all the fittings from builder including AC in all the rooms. Club is amazing with world class swimming pool / cascading pool. Gym TT area cards area everything is just perfect. They have their own small movie hall with a.sitting of around 20 people. Spa area is well built , you have jacuzzi in their as well as near cascading pool. Cost is on bit higher side but rest everything is super.

Beautiful place to live.

Buy a house and climb stairs because the lifts will never work. For ever 100 houses, there are two lifts and one would never work. Also, if your guests can park on overcrowded main road and literally on main road.The apartment maintenance is bunch of unprofessional people that every complaint would fall on deaf ears. There are carpenters, mechanics and kabadis in the area who will make you feel that your are living in a slum area. Not worth the money.

Built well and looks good but seems congested. Not alot of open spaces. Open spaces which are there are for namesake. Too many towers crowded in a small area. If the builder had an option he wouldnt have left any open area between towers. Thats how it seems.

Society is good but major problem is adjacent to industrial area and all the times bed smell from Haldiram factory of oil is in air which is un toll arable and other industry lots of pollution in air. Also price is to high even sector 121 is not good a Sector and builder and investor sell the units in high price. Due to creating fictitious demand. As builder not allowed flat owner for transfer.

Society exterior looks promising. I hope the land issue which they were running into is resolved and will handover nice HOMES to the buyers. All the Best!!!

I stay here...i dont know on basis of what anyone is saying that its good place...but would like to share my exp of this place..1. only two lifts per floor2. Parking is Hydraulic and real pain3. Maintenance is disaster..even the 3P who is handling is worst, the quality of response is very poor4. No security, there are many example that i quoted earlier too5. RO water has serious issues, 175 families raised compliant till now6. Price is not justifying the quality of life7. No play ground or garden in society8. construction quality is much poor , almost equal to Mahagun kind of builder9. power is another serious issue, please spend only 1 Hour between 8-10 PM in this place, you will come to know..i wont recommend anyone for this place

Cleo County Builder has created a Club house Vibe to deviate the attention from basic flaws in the society. Some of the basic flaws1. Bathrooms do not have windows.2. Wardrobes are in bathroom inspite of no windows. The clothes will be damped and going to smell horrible in monsoon and Winters.3. Only 2 lifts . Too much waiting time during morning school hours.4. Only 1 side open flats. The other side is blocked. Dark rooms5. Distance between towers are very less6. No playing / running parks. Open spaces.7. No Provisioning of AC in Drawing room8. Exhaust fan is in corner of kitchen and no chimney9. WINTER - Park facing flats and also other road side flats below 20th floor will never going to get sun.10. No indoor Badminton / squash court. Tennis court will come after 2 years.One will have to stay in his apartment and need facilities for daily life not just club house for party. Be careful !
