One of the worst builder I have ever associated with....I have booked a flat in 2012 signed BBA in 2013 and still awaiting for any positive response from builder for completion of project though it was promised to be delivered by 2016. Major issue is builder is that he is even not interested in finishing the project as work is in complete halt from past 3-4 years. By looking into reviews of google I gone with this new builder but seems all 5 star reviews are not genuine as this builder dont even deserve 1 star but need to give 1 star as its bare minimum... Always keep away from this builder for any project as these guys are not professional....

This is fraud builder and intentionally not completing the project. Unibera starts in 2011 and project completion 50% only.....even common/amenities area work yet not started. This project is not going to deliver in near future.Please avoid if any want to invest his hard earned money.

Dont understand the reason of 5 star rating for a project started in 2012 and delayed to give possession by 5 years...this builder was supposed to give the possession of flats in 2016 which has still not happened.... there is no work going on at the site... builder is fooling its customers and took huge amount of money from them..he has no intentions to complete this project which is visible...third class builder and a disgusting project...they have bought these 5 star ratings...they dont even deserve the rating of 1....

Unibera developers is one of the best real estate developers present in the market.They provide 100% value for money homes.Calm society with park spaces . Guards and staff take care of every person entering into society by sanitizing ..Buying house from them makes your work a lot easier. After sale service is also good.

The builder has not given possession till now since 2010 and always keeps on promising to deliver the flat but never fulfills it... Please DO NOT buy flat in this project till the time builder gives possession to tower 4 and tower 5 to the buyers. Moreover the  2 star and above reviews are I guess paid reviews or may be given by builders friends and relatives only

All 5 star ratings are fake, I invested in their project in March 2011 and still waiting for possession, doubt builders intention to complete the project. Please dont fall in their trap. I wish if can give them -ve rating, unfortunately there is no such option.

I have booked my flat in 2012 and till today i am not able to get my flat. Each year they are postponing date of possession from their given date of possession (2017). They dont have any intension to complete their project. I dont know where they are moving our hard earned money. I mailed them many times its very difficult for me to pay interest and rent both along with family expenses but they dont bother.I suggest others do proper reasersh before putting their hard earned money. I am suffering as i am trapped in this project.

This is the worst project I have ever seen. Booked my flat in 2012 & even after 9 yrs of booking, there is no scope of possession. They have committed, possession in 2017.Also, work progress is too low. Hardly 15-20 workers are available at sight.Pathetic experience..

Its been 10 years when I booked a villa with Solaris who were the sister company.The villa project was cancelled and instead builder promised to provide flat which is still in construction phase.... This is height of patience now!!! They have no professionalism n ethics to run a business....

The builder has not given possession of the project and does not appear to be following any order of UPRERA and always gives fake commitments. UPRERA had passed the order to give possession of Tower 5 and Tower 4 by 25 March 2020 but the status quo of the project remains. All 2 and 4 star reviews look like paid reviews.

Booked a villa 2010 which was converted to flat few years back, till now no positive response from the unibera builder, Rera case has been filed against the builder by multiple people who are struggling to get possession since 11 years. People who gave 5 star and good ratings are FAKE. please be careful and dont ever think of investing your hard earned money in this builders project.

Worst builder. Booked flat in Unibera Homes in 2012 and the work is at complete halt from last 3 years. One can imagine the pain buyers has gone through. I would have given negative ratings if there was an option. Do not waste your money in this project as builder has no intention to deliver.

Booked flat in 2013 and have paid 80% but still there is no commitment for flat delivery. Multiple meetings happened with chairman but we are getting only false commitments.I filed case in Rera but Unibera developer is not even following Rera judgement and God knows destiny of this project.If I would have booked with some good developer by the time I must have received possession.

Unibera developer is one of the fraud builder. I booked my flat in 2012 they show me some other land and when bba signed land and size become changed . After signing bba in 2013 they are giving false commitment every time and till today there is only 30% construction completed . I am in rera as well please avoid this builder if you can . I want rate in negative but unfortunately i have to rate at least one.

Booked flat in March 2011 infact villa at that time post that builder convert into flat. But nothing is delivered till now. They are giving false commitment every time and work pace is too slow even dead with this speed he can not delivered .........Worst experience......rating should be -ve but there is no option that why giving 1.

Please ignore all the 4 and 5 star rating from all GOELS, JAINS, GUPTAS, SINGHALS which are given 4 - 5 months ago during same duration as they are all paid reviews... I have booked my unit in 2012, first thing that happened, my unit was change from 8th floor to 12th floor. Raised my concern several times but no positive result. Furthermore Now it’s been 9 years and not a single tower is delivered so far, not even near completion, however it was promised to delivered in 2016-2017. the situation is that you won’t find even 10 workers working at the site where more than 750 units needs to be delivered. Most of the buyer paid more than 80% of the total cost of the flat and now stuck with Unibera group and builder is showing no intentions of completion the project. I would suggest to anyone looking to buy flat in Unibera, do your home work and find the history of this project before investing any single penny in this project.

Biggest fraud Company, blocked 2 Bhk flat in 2012 with size of 925 sqft after 2 year they made builder buyer agreement in 2014 and they increase size 100 sqft just to increase only bolcony length 3 feet to 5 feet. There is no option to quit the project as they dint provide any interest on your given money, event they are going to cut some of money as you already paid to them. As per the builder buyer agreement they need to give possesion in January 2017 and if not they should profile 5 INR per square foot compensation mean as my flat size is 1025 square foot so they needto pay me 5X1025= 5125 INR per month as an compansation, but they dint provide any compansation till date. There is no any construction going on since 4 year, same update i can see in there website, even when i visited the project site there is no any consultation going on. Dont go with such a cheater builder, now i decided to go for the legal proceedings for the same. Kindly like my comment if others also facing same problem.

Dont get into the trap of this builder by seing some reviews which shows rating of 5 and 4. They all are paid PR professionals.Builidung is standing from last 3 years and no work is going on.Even RERA is not doing anything against him.

I have been waiting for my flat, booked at Unibera Towers, for close to 7 years. Please anyone who wants to buy with this developer, please minutely check all the details. The developer has been dragged to UP RERA by many homebuyers, but still there is no surely when he will complete the project, Unibera Towers.
