It is very good project at prime location..

The process of acquiring the flat was good. But registration of flat is kept pending for nearly 2 years. The most dangerous affair is the builder had in original plan an entry and another exit gate which now has been modified to single entry and exit gate. There is also an illegal construction of a tower.

I bought flat in Jan 2021 but registry not happened till date. Whenever I ask for registry, they are providing new dates.. dates and dates but no actual work...now got to know this builder is defaulter. Please dont buy any flat from express builders. This builders is fraud

My experience with Express Builders are very fantastic. They are having team of cooperative persons. They fulfils their commitments honestly and always gives possession on time.

Everyday I hear new thing from builder like Authority is not doing registry go get it done yourself if they are doing registry. Where as Authority says that builder is shying away from doing registry. Caught between builder and Authority

Registry not happening as builder is in defaulter list with noida authority. Quality of construction is bearable only, lot of repair pending and only happens in case of major issues.Though authority has given. Completion certificate to towers still lights on second stair case is missing in most towers.Maintainence is very poor, builder is taking every advantage to save penny be it quality of security or general maintenance.Even after free club membership you have to pay for services, they wont even let you inside.only apartment with No EXIT gate as they changed layout out of greed.Electricity recharge is time bound no online charging facilities, feels like builder is from 19th century and when asked blames on residents that they are not ready to pay minor charges.besides these major ones you get to see, other day to day, so your life is going to be full of thrill once you start living.

Express Zenith is a very good project. Flat layout is amongst the best in class. Club is equipped with all amenities. I bought a flat in E tower 3 year back and I am very much satisfied with my decision. Builder office representatives and sales staff are very much cooperative. Specially Mr. Ajoy is very straightforward and helpful. I recommend this project.

Got possession 4 years back and submitted stamp duty 2 years back....bit still no sign of registry....regular follow ups dont lead to anything but false promises every time...paying EMIs for a flat for 4 years which is still not registered in my name....really frustating

It is a wonderful place to live. I am a resident of E-24 second floor. I am relishing my stay in this place. Mr Gagan in the office is very helpful. He does everything at just one call. Excellent staff in the society of Express city. Indeed helpful. I recommend completely these builders.

Every time when youll call them, theyll give you same excuse that authority is not interested in registry. COVID-19 is their new weapon as they will tell you that delay because of COVID-19.

Builder is in defaulter list of NOIDA Authority. No sale deed/ lease deed in being registered despite making full payment. Builder is not taking any action and refused to meet and discuss the issue of pending registry. No reply to mail by Builder. No commitments for registry despite making repeated calls.I suggest people dont purchase house here.

I have seen many properties in central noida specially in 74-78 sector. The one which I liked the most is Express Zenith, I have liked the layout specially drawing dining which is L shape. So that one can get the privacy. I am going to finalize the size of 1695 soon. I must recommend this project. Sales team is very supportive.

Had a good experience as a buyer for a 2BHK flat in Express Zenith in Sector 77. The flat was nicely done, the handover process and possession was nicely managed on time and we had no issues at all in the paperwork and processing. The builder was fair in his pricing and were generally pretty happy about our purchase. Stamp duty paid in 2019 but registry still pending. They always give a new excuse whenever followed up on registry. Despite of numerous calls and visits since 2019, still struggling with them to get my flat registry done.

I have purchased an apartment in tower B of express zenith. The view is so magnificent and it is a corner apartment . Proper sunlight and fresh air flows in the apartment. Due to full sunlight and day light we are save on electricity consumption. If i’ll talk about club , it has all the modern amenities even squash court is also there. Sales team and crm is too supportive. I would recommend this project If anyone wants a peaceful society.

Extremely poor Maintainence despite such high charges collected.

Express city is one of the most popular residential plot developments in Sonepat. The project is designed with all amenities and basic facilities to cater the needs of residents.

Overall construction quality is satisfactory.Biggest concern is the responsiveness and unprofessionalism of staff.After you have purchased the flat and paid the full amount, your pain starts then and there. Promised,the flat registry would be done within 1 month of flat possession. Here I am struggling since 2.5+ years to get it done. Had numerous follow-up calls and emails but they wont revert.Over the calls, they keep on making false promises which will never be fulfilled. Stamp duty paid as well since more than a year, still struggling. They will harass u to a limit, where u get frustrated and regret your decision of choosing this Express Group.Sales staff is good, but office staff is rude and will not respond properly to your queries or if any support required by the customer.You would get a feeling of dealing with a Real Estate mafia post your interactions.Not recommended for the new buyers to go with this project. Do not fall their prey !! They wont listen.Thanks...

I have a flat in Express Zenith Sector 77 Noida project. Flat registries are not happening since long here. I bought a flat here in September2019, paid all stamp duty fee but registry has still not happened despite of several follow ups with builder. There are many such residents here for whom registries are pending for more than a year here. If you want to buy a flat without registry then only buy here in Express Zenith project. Builder office is very unresponsive for registry delay complaints. I do not recommend this project.

Express zenith apartment is certainly a value for money.The architecture is sound and pleasant.Every inch of space has been efficiently used.There is enough ventilation and natural light in every unit.It also gives a sense of privacy.The sales team as well as the members of office such as A joy,priyanka,jaya are very professional and helpful.

I must say I read all these reviews only and opted to buy flat. But these all positive comments are wrong.Office people are not responsive at all. The main office in noida we call them for our resolution but they only delay our requests. Quality is averag.This is not much. Our registry 7money lies with the builder we are following for so many months for our registry but they will make excuses and delay us.I called regularly but our work is still not done.their office in noida we have following fir our registry but nothing good comes from there.

Whenever I called them i felt like threatened .. they had few loud mouth folks in 2016-17 who were so rude and typical Gunda elements. I can’t argue with such creeps so stopped asking for possession. Got it very late but no delay penalty was entertained.. this is the problem with most of the north India builders who are in low price segment, they are unorganised and unprofessionals. I never felt same in south India.In one line, don’t go with them

Sh Ajoy has been exceptionally good so for and have assured me smooth process of registry since I have signed the possession papers and registry is awaited.Sales team sh Kapil Saneja and sh Gaurav are so professional that I made up my mind and selected the flat in the first meeting itself. They have been helpful till date.Project is very good and have excellent location Society is ideally located with green surroundingand easy access to public transport. At the time of possession team was very sweet.... But now two years- no registry.... Stamp duty paid on 2019.. At that time Mr Ajoy told us that registry will be done within 20 days.... But now 2years nothing happened, Mr Ajoys today/tomorrow/20 days is going on now also.... Theyre defaulter in Noida authority record as they have not paid money to authority...from our money they started Express astra in gr.noida..... we are running behind them for our registration after giving our hard earned money to them including stamp duty to authority.Up to possession they are sweet.... But regarding Registration, they have not upto the mark..... Stamp duty paid on May 2019, but no registration yet..... Now one year over.
