Nice and beautiful society.!Well maintained and good navigation inside the premise.

The apartments seems to be nice, clean, maintained and quiet. There are 2 main gates of which one is always closed so need to go to the other gate always to enter the apartment complex. It has various labelled buildings with lift support and a security guard outside each of them at the reception area. Eldeco has a underground parking area, tennis, basketball courts, club area, green lawns and good security arrangements. Every house has a app pinging system to let anyone in which is used by guards on the main gate. The people are good and quiet and understanding in general. The 2BHK where I visited had a good living area and was on floor 14. Overall seems a nice and maintained apartment complex to live in.

Society is good , well maintained and spacious.But the quality of flats from inside as delivered by eldeco is poor.Poor window quality, flooring is bad, quality of bathroom material is poor.Overall good stay if you get furnished flat by any owner for rent.If you are planning to buy a flat here do check quality of each thing in a flat , almost every thing is of cheap quality specially in INSPIRE towers.

This society is really very beautiful in sector 119 of Noida, wide roads and less traffic, so quite peaceful

Nice Place to Visit. Society is big and if you have problem in walking to go to your desired flat no. Then you can ask guard to arrange you a golf cart, they will drop you at your desired building. This facility is provided by Society for the Visitors. Because Visitors are not allowed to park there vehicle Inside the society.

Best place to be in noida given its central Noida location. This society is on the FNG expressway (under-construction) which will give it best of class connectivity to Ghaziabad, and Faridabad too. Construction quality seems okay and plenty of greenery on East side while park on West.

Every thing fine and well Mountain. But parking problèmes are a little bit disturbing. But IT is à peacefull place out on City. Dart àt night as street Light are not available on roads. Take precaution of your safety in night.

The society is very good and one of the best in Noida.But we had very bad experience with one of the flat numbered S6-004. The flat owner name is Rajiv hooda. He minted the complete security amount by unscrupulous mean. Please beware of this guy and make sure you dont hand over your hard earned money to him

Condomimium in noida. Ekdeco is a good builder. Has a good shopping arcade with studio apartments. Arcade has a good restaurant named Badamis currently

A very well maintained society. Although on the expensive side but it’s worth it. You have all the facilities like gym, club, swimming pool etc inside the premises. Also the park inside the campus is well maintained and decorated. A good place to stay in Noida.

The Eldeco premises are good and well guarded but the locality isnt that great. Poors road structure and no street lamps were working. Metro station is not that much BT its Far like 6-8km

I visited here to meet my brothers friend, his flat interior was nice and the outside locality also very good 👍.. But they dont allow you to park your vehicles inside the building parking, you have to park outside which is okay i think...

Visitors not allowed to take their vehicles insideConstruction plan of towers in very uneven , means wherever builder has seen a space he has created towers their .Very confusing to find out address of the towers due to lack of marking & direction indicators.Rest society is neat & clean

First of all very shiny outside but lot of flat space is taken by false ceiling and height of seems less incomparison to other .Management is purely government as they are retired from government.No plan for towers .where there is a place there is a tower😆Fine for every thing recently the done some construction in maingate and very less to pass a car now if some broke like construction signal. Its your fault

I had visited during the last Durga puja festival. They way they have been celebrating Durga Puja led me to my home place at Assam where we used to celebrate Durga puja like the same vibes. The maah-prasad, the vog & the attires of the God & Goddesses all are being traditional Assamese. Being an Assamese it led my eyes full of joy. Those competition of uruli & doba bojua felt me my descents. Thanks to the Noida Assamese durgotsav association for arranging this kind of event that feel us home far from the home.

A residential complex society with posch ambience. Quite a bit costly than others like Guar. But if looking for a luxury, you can have a visit here. Flats range starts about 60-70Lakhs. Monthly maintenance charges are Rs. 5000/- fixed. Locality is very nice with facilities like gym, club, swimming pool etc. Fully secured by guards and CCTVs. Secured all around. U can easily get an auto late night also. Very wide roads. Shops and other amenities are nearby.
