Great place to live. Many floors on the apartment. Near by eating places also available. Good parking space and a great playing space for childern with basketball court, lawn tennis court.

You need your own convince to reach there. With lots of empty buildings and unfinished worked of Amenities, it is only good for those families who have their jobs nearby to avoid commuting and to avoid expense of high end societies.Once the project is totally complete and all amenities are provided, the ratings will go up.

Construction quality is not good. No Balcony space. Rooms are compatibly small.Public transport is very negligible. One need own vehicle in side the society. Less populated society and compatibly cheaper than other nearby sectors.

Jaypee kosmos is a Residential society established within Jaypee wishtown. Its a widely spread society with greenery around, well built and maintained roads, very spacious, parks, lawns, swings for kids, multilevel parking, lifts, 24 hr Security. Few Towers are under construction/ on hold. There is supposed to be a in-house club which is not functional due to halt in construction. There are many vacant flats here under Functional towers also. Each tower has 17 floors. There are 2BHK/3BHK appartments. Seperate guarded reception for each Tower.

A pretty decent location to live. Quite spacious, peaceful and soothing neighborhood. 1 to 2 min away from noida greater noida expressway. Only one problem i have faced that this place is far from the metro route.

Wish town or Ghost town?Ghost town for sure at the moment. No matter how positive the residents might sound, the truth remains that they are surrounded by gloomy looking unfinished buildings and overgrowth (which surely is a breeding ground for not just mosquitoes but now home to rodents and animals). The town seems like a page out of stories on paranormal activities. Absolutely unsafe for kids.The only reasons youd end up buying the place for yourself here are:1. Kosmos offer decent living area in the 3 BHK setup (NOTE: With NO open balconies or courtyards with residential units)2. Available at cheap prices (because nobody wants to stay in chernobyl.

Nice society. My friend lives here so i go there very often. The most important thing which i like the most here that the guards who are on duty in the basement they check all the cars in the night or early morning and if they found any flat Tyre they immediately contact to the owner so that they can prepare for the alternatives. 5 stars for this gesture.

Upcoming place to stay. As known to all, jaypee properties here were stuck for many years. Now they are rebuilding again and giving possession. Though basic community facilities like poop, park, market are far away from reality.

The place is really cool well managed roads, drinking water facility fmg facility is not that much good but average,,. The buildings are 18 floor.. Parking is underground and security is well maintained . It is silent place where u can live with good environment,, the shops are expensive modertely.. . Planting is done well looks green and beautiful management of plants and everything is good.. Parks are also here for children.. All people can visit parks and do exercise walking can sit and talk each other.. Well plantation in parks.. We can play football ,volleyball, badminton, tennis, but cricket cant be played well for senior in this park but children can play their all sports here.. U can also learn karate hare...

A green and peacefull area located near noida-gr noida link rd.Balconies of two BHK are too small and inside this is the negative point only, other wise tight security nice park etc and everything calm here.

Nice township in noida greater noida expressway .Well this area is still not complete yet may be in the coming 4-6 months the project will be fully ready .Right now its partiality ready but in the jaypee society D.P.S school JAYPEE HOSPITAL and some corporate offices are running very well .In the near future this city will become a major property in this area .If you want to purchase property in this project then wait for at least 4-6 months .Right now 2BHK flat here cost you somewhere around 40-50 lakh.

Security is quite solid... However, Jaypee could have worked a little harder on the aesthetic appeal.Location is not as great as the prime sectors of noida, but its not bad either. Overall, its looks like a value for money deal.

Third class apartments, first class elevators. The buildings look old from inside and are obviously not maintained well. Spread all around in patches with under construction buildings in the middle

As you know Jaypee construction is very bad and because of it if you are looking for a property in this, then pls change your mind. Only good things you get in this are roads and a township of Jaypee. Everywhere you look in Jaypee you will find construction Construction and 🏗️🏗️🏗️🏗️!!. The promise by Jaypee that it will give 40000 flats all around Jaypee results in 2-3 thousand flats provided which are also not build by Jaypee.Now for kosmos it has a club and a number of buildings and 3 parks. The colour and the outer ply has started to shed because of poor construction. For parking you get 1 for car and 1 for 2 wheelers
