I liked this condominium. Its built in small piece of land with good metro connectivity. My friend has 4 BHK in Tower F, its hugely spacious. Simply loved it

Residential society with 3bhk and 4bhk.. with fully functional amenities.. upcoming metro station within 500 mtrs..

Worst management. Anshu works in the appartment office and she is most rude and illiterate lady.No manners..And no one else to complaint here.She works here as if she is doing a favor to us.She is getting salary.She can’t talk to anyone in high tone.

A beautiful residential complex in Noida.Slip road is not matching with the requirements.Facilities of good living exists and making the life easier for residents.Complex is well laid and backed by latest security services. One can be assured of security to family while holidaying out for weeks.

Nice apartments with sports facilities for kids like tennis and badminton courts and swimming pool. The connectivity from road is somewhat of an issue as you there is no convenient turn toward it and you have to travel about a kilometre or so before you have to take U-turn (after which you again have to go back the same distance to reach these apartments).

Good society....Awesome pent houses

This is the best society in sector 78 , in fact one of the best among the entire 7X sectors. Less loading and plenty of open spaces makes the living experience better. Only drawback is the narrow road that leads to it. And thats the reason for one less star.

This is one of the most elegant societies in ‘new’ Noida. The usual 2 bhk flats here are more specious as compared to any nearby society and even the bigger flats have one of the best architecture as compared to nearby societies. Moreover you do not need to go out of society for day to day essentials. So it’s a complete package.

Well built Park area to play around . Shops to have an access to basic stuff like grocery and fast foods . A good swimming pool inside to have a splash with all of your friends and family members . Spacious rooms to live in . Parking issues may be a problem and the environment around might not be too clean as well.
