Best affordable society in greater noida west sector 1.Highly recommend.

I am a resident and the facilities are horrible at the moment , rather minus , but they are getting better at a very slow rate . Not that great of an experience

2,3,4 BHK society located in Gr Noida West.Phase 1 developed by Pragati Group (Devika Tower, Nehru Place) and phase 2 is under construction by other builder.Quality. ***Amenities. **Maintenance. **Flat size. **** room sizes are goodNice average small society having only 6 towers 14 floor each.Yatharth Hospital on a distance of 100 meters only.Most of the schools under the radius of 1 or 2 KM.

There are false facilities stated in brochure which actually dont exist in the project. Eg: there is no cricket pitch, no gym, no visitors parking etc in the society... Moreover the developer had promised the terrace gardens which they are making the excuse now that it has been denied by Noida authority.The sales executives here when cross questioned start looking left or right since they do not have ans for the same.. the maintainence staff here is not cooperative at all... Better to look for apartment in some other society n save ur money

Good place to live but lots of bugs, all the metal used have corrosion now, you can just touch the metal and tell its bought cheap and placed, leakage is worst, poor quality of switch board and door handles and doors itself, dont dare to nudge a needle in the wall as due to poor material used, it will lead to cement drop and a hole of 5 inch radius, 3th balcony door will only opens about 70 degree as wall wont let it open further, have a wall cut, overall youll have to put up INR 3 lakhs prior moving here.Maintenance: ₹28/day.FYI: Those who waited for one-two years for possession are okay with it and those planned buying now have made a fine affordable choice but there are few who have waited for the possession for 10 years, paying around 11 lakhs as rent.Devika have sold some part of the original land to other developers.If someone is looking to buy an affordable house you could buy but remember and note it down, there would be next to nothing or zero assistant youll get from maintenance team. Therefore people have stopped paying maintenance in the recent times. Youve just bought an affordable house, thats it.

Purchased a 4 bhk in june 2015, its 2020 now, still no possession, even the builder does not have a NOC from the RERA Authority

One of the worst project in Noida extension. They are not bother about clients as well as authority orders. Seems they are managing authority in some other way. If we see other big developers they are behind bars but devika developer enjoying full freedom.

I have my own flat got in Devika. No idea when possession will be there. Management is worst.. suggest dont invest money in Devika it will be big loss..

There is not a good housing society,possession not offered but 25-30 families living here, society first looks bad. Connectivity with main road bad because front side block only back side entry allowed.

Invested in this property with a hope to get house 9 yrs ago. The builder n his executives are so cunning that they dont answer ur calls. Feeling cheated. Not even an enemy should be duped the way devika has looted us. Have lost hard earned money n trust too.

I bought flat in 2011. Recently visited site, very slow work. Dont expect the project to get complete at least for two more years. Builder is trying to handover few block, but I do not expect the same to be delivered at least for one more year. Builder for last 2 years is assuring to offer possession in 1-2 months but have failed and have passed more than 7 years since I booked flat.

Worst project. Delaying the project since 2011. Map of the society bis changed. Basement parking has only single passage for entery & exit (only one ramp), which is very dangerous & illegal. Garden are n pool is very congusted. Feels like one can jump into pool from balcony! Will be very uncomfortable use use pool as it is very very close to 1 St floor balconies. Builder is not giving flat to old buyers however selling flats to new people. Builder has not even follow ed the judgement of RERA that he need to give possession to previous buyers, hence I will not recommend anyone to buy from Devika Gold Gomez or I can say from Pragati Group, as once you give money nobody is there to listen to ur issues, so please beware. This build is fraud as he has not taken RERA judgement seriously! Think before u buy from this Pragati Group or Devika Gold Homz!

Very nice flats with good accommodation and nice and peaceful place. I didnt gave it a 5 star because now the connectivity between delhi and noida from there is little far but as they were saying that till 2020 there will be a metro coming nearby and the FNG highway is also coming there then it will be a good place to live..

Flats were nicely build and priced correctly.

Only project in noida extension which has only 14 floors and less loading.

If you want hell on earth , just book your flat in Devika.

I bought my flat in 2013 but yet to get possession of it. They have bad execution and also say theyll deliver by Holi next year 2019
