Ashish Baranwal is the most disgusting real estate broker I have ever met.This guy is really pathetic , he will suck blood out of your veins just because you have opted to go with another broker for his property.I sometimes feel pity for the owners who trust this senseless guy, he loots both the owner and the tenant and expects brokerage from both the party.And if some other broker is involved , he will make sure to blackmail you by asking advance little payments which were never the part of the agreement and his rudeness is just incredible. His voice really hurted my ears.Shame on you Ashish , you are worst experience of my house hunt...Guys never consider this guy for kind of property as this guy is just too proudy amd adamant on his own conditions. Infact, he is not the man of his words ..
