Amrapali Zodiac is one of the oldest societies in this area. Although the Amrapali Group has done several commitments to the Flat Buyers but still several people havent got the possession. They have paid Full amount to the Builders but are empty handed.The maintenance services are OK ok for those who have got the possession.

Society good for tenants as flat rent is comparatively low. Has gym, pool and open air garden space for festival celebration. Has market just outside society with all kind of shops.

Good living society in greater noida.it is located in chi 4. It have two gates, if you want to visit in tower 22 and near by to this tower you can use gate no. 2.

It is very big society and needs high amount of care & maintenance every now & then.

I don’t live here so can’t say much how residents feel about this society, however, I have been here couple times and can see few indicators which weren’t very positive about how well this society was being maintained. The skating ground a big one they got, however, there is dirt all over the place. They have not taken any steps to keep this area neat and clean.

My society all the sum of the buildings are not complete yet but the management is not so bad. entrance looks good. there is a market right outside in the society so touching something for your daily needs is so very convenient. surroundings are quiet and usually not disturbing so its a very nice residential place!

Apartments looks older than they actual are.Cleaniless is good,well But very poor maintenance .Market is very near to this.You can also enjoy street food near to it.A temple is also situated in the campus.Parks available with a lot of parking space.It is also budget friendly.

Nice flats and all types of shop is there.

Economic place to live but amenities are poor. Most of the society is under construction that leads to security concerns. Gym does not have functional machines and swimming place has no water to swim. Location is decent and commercial area is very nice with some good food joints.

The locality is good and everything thing that you need is at hardly 10 m apart. There are various restaurants and markets which are less costly and good food quantity.

Cool society in sector 120 Noida.very far from delhi.

Attended one wedding reception party total gathering was 75 people including male ,female and kids..ample space of parking free of cost, centrally located. One can arrange much better way there birthday parties and ceremonies easily.

Maintainance is not proper. Cashless transaction options are not available at society office. Low quality material used in interior development of the flats. And the flats near market is fine, rest are not too much safe. Overall average.

Beautiful residential society of Noida sector 120 . Huge and beautiful market in the front . Taxi stand in front of the main gate highly secure society with armed guards and watchman. 24*7 power supply for the residentials . Very beautiful gardens and restaurants . Open dining area. Huge playground. Open and covered car parking available. Public restrooms are available, which is very clean and tidy.

It is a residential society located in Sector 120, Noida. This society consists of a number of towers starting from A to W. It has 2 BHK, 2 BHK + study room, 3 BHK, 3 BHK + servent room flats alongwith some penthouse apartments. The nearest metro station from this society is Sector 52 Metro station.

Home, great place to live, except the fact its Amrapali and some finishing is still left in the society, everythings great, has its own big market, park, swimming pool, gym, party hall, club, great people around in here and travel arrangements are readily available. The famous Singapore based smart park (expected to be one of the best parks of the future in Northern India) is being directly built in front of the society. Also, the famous Northeye building (future tallest building of India) is being built in near about, visible from here.

A good society to live in, but there are many drawbacks in the society.Lack of maintenance.Pathetic condition of society.Hazardous living condition to name a few things.22 towers in all with 14 floors in each towers.Most towers are occupied while some towers are not yet completed till yet.If anyone is opting to rent a flat here or purchase it then My suggestion would be to better watch out rather than jump in.

A residence with full of amenities at a very low rent. You will get flats as a tenants very easily. Specious flats out there even it is 2bhk . Daylight in each flats is awesome actually.

A huge sprawling concrete jungle part of NOIDA. QUITE many residential towers with huge accommodation of more than 1000 to 2000 sft carpet area. It in remote but posh locality , still developing. High end corporate employees and businessmen occupy the flats here. It is closer to GHAZIABAD than delhi physically. DTC BUSSES ply in delhi will need some more time to reach this corner of Noida. A dedicated market has already developed in the vicinity at the peripheral market complex to cope up for the daily needs of the nearby residential complexes.

One of my friends has a flat booked in the property. Not well maintained. The parking is unkempt and dirty. You see clefts and rift in the whole of the basement.The lifts are not polished/furnished and they have wooden boards instead of the steel walls. The club is unkempt. The bathrooms dirty and painting red with pan and tobacco stains.

This is a residential society of decent quality , the gym area and pool is maintained by residents itself, the commercial complex of the society is very good , there is CNG pump within 1 km, along with two police stations , it is connected to sector 18 by the agarsen flyover and by the nh 24 to ghaziabad.
