Have losted my data in external drive due to physical internal disk failure but thanks to stellar data recovery services, they got it back. Not full data is recovered but some major files are recovered. The charges which showed on webiste and in original are different. Charges are too high and its so expensive, if the prices are decreased or are marginal,i think more people will take the service.

Stellar charged inr 700 for initial analysis. This amount is non refundable if you dont go ahead with data recovery after analysis is complete. And I didnt because they were charging inr 45000 for an external 1tb harddrive. No, I havent added extra zero by mistake. Seriously?I took my harddrive to nehru place and got it fixed for inr 6500.Only good point is there customer service. There staff was helpful and dropped my drive at my doorstep (I think I actually paid inr 700 for home delivery:p)

We are a very reputed IT organization and our important project got stuck due to server hard disk crash. Stellar Data Recovery was not my first choice and I went for other data recovery companies and had been told by them that data can not be retrieved. Poor Service / Waste of MoneyI handed over my 1 TB HDD to Stellar team as they mentioned that theyll provide 100% recovery in either case. They charged for 700 Rs for initial inspection which is fine, took 2 days time, tampered entire drive & than sum up with one & only option to pay Rs 44000 with no guaranty of 100% recovery. When i asked them about breakup of this 44000 than they said that this is estimated cost of our process. Considering the fact which theyre claiming to be number 1 data recovery services provider, i think theyre fooling around people by charging stuff nonsense recovery cost. Not at all convinced with their services & will ensure around not to get trap by their initial commitment.
