SCAM ALERT!! They will deduct the subscription charge without any reminder from app about end of free subscription period. They can arrange a simple reminder from their app regarding the end of free subscription(EOS), but instead they let the user place order after EOS and levy their heavy subscription charge of Rs 160/- ...This way they enforce their so called Monthly subscription charges...Totally scamster approach and highly disappointing tactics..

Most of the time milk is not delivered but amount is deducted. Delivery boy does not listen neither customer care people have any control over delivery boy. Very poor service. My whole day is spoiled.

Worst service ever. Delivered only 10 out of 30 products. On raising query they neither delivered remaining products nor refund is processed. Customer care not available on call. They closed the query as resolved without resolving it. On chat, messaged that your complete order has been delivered. Even not sharing delivery boy contact number so that I can check myself. Looks fraud, arrogant and irresponsible.

Amazing place..You can book your groceries by 11:59pm and will get delivered by 7am next day.

Beware! Worst Service Ever! Fraud Delivery guys who usually steal products from packets on daily basis. I hardly receive any eatable orders in proper counts. There is no guarantee that they deliver what you paid for last night. I have months of hands on experience with their services and can say that Im highly disappointed with the treatment and services. One has to literally cry there hearts out for refunds on daily basis because of regularly missed items from the delivered bags. Extremely pathetic delivery system. The people hired for delivery are very irresponsible and careless. I one month I usually raised requests for refunds for almost 10-15 days and the fun part is you do complaints as much you want but they dont want to change at all. Now they stop responding to complaints too. So, no guarantee of your money safety too. Kudos!

I see a clear case of cheating customers by stripping them off one day in case of monthly subscription. These guys charge the subscription cost on day of placing the order but do not let you place the order on last day stating the order will be delivered next day and subscription is expired. As per me, they should either count 30 days from when the order was placed i.e if my subscription was charged on 1st October, I should be allowed to place the order on 30th October.

Money minting initiative in the name of service during covid times. ₹81/- per month fixed service charge. Some SHP charge of ₹7+ for every delivery. Though called as optional but designed in such a way that you wont come to know that its leaking out with every order. In case you want to opt out, you have to do it through a cumbersome procedure every time. No option for 1 time choise that I dont want.In a nut shell, even if you take milk daily it is ₹10/- per day (3+7) as delivery charge. Others viz. Bugbasket,,Spencers Amazon, Grofers all are giving free delivery with all protection. Whats so special about MB. BB delivers milk for just ₹1- per day. That too gets waived off if your transaction is beyond certain limit.MB is cheating in the name of service. Just think about it.

Milkbasket deducts from customer wallets without informing them that such transactions are happening. There is also no way to stop subscription and reclaim your wallet amount if you dont want their services. Use this app at your own risk, as their model is based on cheating customers.During covid 19, they randomly deducted Rs 82 as monthly charges, and in addition started charging ~Rs8 per day as packing and handling charges. Completely unreliable model.

They delivered half product and never refunded for the undelivered product. Tried contacting customer care but no response. Worst experience ever. Never faced this type of fraud from other online companies. Pls be professional and stop looting customers.

Many people in our society including myself find their products missing. Some time refund is made other times no issue is resolved. Even sometimes the whole order is delivered at other apartments!!
