HP store with a decent line up of HP products. I have enquired about laptops here multiple times but havent ended up buying. They havent been convincing enough during the sales process and dont really do a good job of understanding my needs.

I think that I should not be giving this store even one star as for the sales experience I had here on December 29, 2020, at 12 noon.There were only two persons in the shop, one on sales duty and one on the counter. Me and my son were the only customer at the time. We felt happy that we will get good attention and that we could get a good deal as well.Our thinking proved wrong as the sales person was continuously on several personal calls as long as we did the purchase; it did not take less than 45 minutes to complete entire procedure. I was completely distracted and felt irritated because I felt not being attended fully. I expect that the salesperson should be giving full attention to the buyer; after all a customer is like a God to any shopkeeper.The person on counter was a step ahead... he forgot to give us the invoice. In fact, after jotting down all details he lost no time in saying, you are free, you can go. I can understand, once the shop has received payment it does not need me. Rest go to hell. The man didnt not even bother to ensure whether he should handover the bill to me. Even I forgot because of the mobile talk of the salesperson.I came home and suddenly found the bill missing in my pocket. When I recollected the facts I noticed that the showroom had not even handed it to me. For next two hours not even a single phone call was made to say sorry and ask me to come and collect my bill.I never expected this at HP World.So much of carelessness at a time when there was no other customer in the showroom. I was the sole customer and the two persons could not even give proper services ! Very very sad.I ask, when HP showroom failed to give me the bill should the bill amount not be on it?? Remember, showrooms hanging a placard if we do not give you the bill, your bill is on us . I dont know what HP World thinks !Suggestions: 1) HP should completely ban use of personal mobile phone calls when a customer is in the shop. 2) Staff should be asked to wear a badge displaying their names so that we know whom we are talking to.#hpworld, #gipmall #sector18noida

Very rude people. I gave a call to enquire about a product, firstly he quoted very high price and when asked what services will be offered in the price then he disconnected the call. Previously also when I visited the store, no sales person provided any response. I asked for few things multiple times but they just kept mum. In 5-7 min I left the store. I suggest do not buy from these people. If theyre behaving such way before selling product, God knows how theyll handle queries in case of service requirement.

Not at all professional behavior and very cold way of dealing customer, Ashish provided some rates on particular day and within the gap of 4 days he refused to provide the same rate and mentioning that HP put him mail to stop selling on this rate. Surprise to know that HP is offering rates on daily basis.In fact I bought the laptop from different HP world in the lesser rate what offered by Ashish.Doesnt know if posting here will give some impact or not but definitely would like to discuss if HP team or the guy who is owning this place would like to get into it.

First of all, I have bought 2 laptops from your this store in past 3 months & both time what I observed was that the sales team needs immediate training in giving due regard & attention to customers. They are obnoxious, arrogant & cold to say the least, as if it is run by a govt. office( which is much better these days). It was my final purchase from this store of HP, I will NEVER recommend it to any of my friends or relatives. The ONLY reason I bought from here was it was a HP World store & I had already invested my time & money to come here. My suggestion to HP senior mgt would be that the good sales figures, if at all you have from this store, is because of the goodwill of HP brand, which unfortunately your sales guys are incrementally diminishing each day due to their invidious attitude & handling. Train them or change them before it is too late.
