Recently visited to enquire about sound theater systems. The guy was very polite, descent and professional. He gave advice according to my needs. He gave me an elaborate demo of different systems. Loved it absolutely.

They were missing some stock and said would need like 6 months to restock. But well it is a nice place to check out the models. The assistance provided was alright.

Worst Bose store I have been to, staff was behaving rudely, very unprofessional, I really dont understand what Bose hiring management sees in them, staff behaving like they dont give a damm about selling products. Other Bose stores are completely different story (helping staff).

Bought bose sports earphone.Does not get charged and if charged battery gets drained off in 10 minutes.Disappointed
