Hi, My experience was not good. I leave Vinove 2018. Quite late but I believe It would help you guys to choose better company. If you have quality and you believe you deserve best that there is so many company if India which provide you best career.Career is your and decision must be your. experienced people only will give you a angle.

Well I have worked with this company in past first they have signed us a bond of 2.5 lac so that we could not leave company for 2.6 years then made us sign a temporary suspension due to covid-19although all trainees were requesting work from home (they just wanted to cut the cost and that to was only 10000) the company is just a lala ki dukaan (baniya strategy) even the 5 star reviews are posted by their HRs or their receptionist etc etc..... This company just wants to use u by paying less money when u are experienced by signing 2.6 years bond and if anything like covid comes they will waste your time by signing to temporary suspension as well as money.........Edit (2021): because the owner replied to my review i just want to ask some questions1: the udemy credentials were given on day 1 when we joined the company .....and when u suspended us ,we (all trainees)told u we can manage our learning from our home but u havent given us work from home unlike other companies2: u suspended us for that time3 : To make ourselves your unpaid labour what u did is u wanted us to learn everything by ourselves (during suspension period , during that we arent getting any money)But u didnt cancelled the bond during that time so that we could not apply on any other company (in your suspension letter u also have written that bond period will be extended as the suspension period extends on writing in which we were forced to sign )5: you said those assessment are just chance to upgrade to next level quickly if you could train yourself by yourself..... otherwise training will be resumed from where it was left and during the 2 months training time i was doing pretty fine and clearing all your assessment when we were working in your office( pre- lockdown period).4 : last but not the least if you people are so ethical why there is much of negative reviews .....and words used as fake company against u🤔 atleast ask yourself!!!!!5 u havent given us any assignments all you took an assessment which you have taken in (MEARN)and u had taken us for .net we got only a week to learn Mearn(mongo,express,react,node) and then give u a fully functional project .....that too ur HR said its just an opportunity to directly hire as associate software engineer instead of training and then becoming and associate software engineer which was a pre policy before corona virus

I given interview based on mean stack. the first round interview took 45 minutes around via telephone but after no response came from company site.....just waste of time and playing human feelings during corona...like very cheap thing.....

I worked Vinove for 1 years.Worst hiring management panel. They are not trying to grow the firm. Max of the employee escape due to bad behavior of admin panel. Seniors play politics. Ajay Tondon (HR) is a worst HR person seen in my professional career. None professional behavior and always talk like street boy.

Worst interview process first round is technical and then second round is PSD convert into HTML.After sharing HTML there will be no reply from them.

I got a call for interview from vinove but when i reached there, they told me you have to sign a bond of 2.6 years and submit a check of 2 lakhs rs, than only we can hire you.The communication of HR department lacks as they could have mentioned it earlier in the mail only.

Fraud. This company tells a lot of lies to their clients. Few are listed below :1. All the Sales executive tells Pseudo names to their overseas clients. It is highly recommended for the clients to ask for ID proof of the calling person.2. This company has around 100 employees working for them still they dont provide PF to any of the employee.3. They keep many policies hidden from newly joined employees & deduct their salaries citing lame reasons at the end of the month & mainly when the employee exits the company.4. They deduct 2 days salary for 1 day of absenteeism & they somehow find any lame reason to deduct employees salary.5.They avoid or, dont pick their clients calls after taking full money.6. All the good reviews are either by Companys HR viz. Ajay Tandon, Fahmida or, by direct reportees of the owner on his order.

Pixel crayons is nothing more than a firm lying to its customers just to get money out of their pockets.Once you have paid theyll just treat you as if they havent done any business with you and if you complain about the things they did wrong instead of correcting it they focus on trash talking to you to hide their mistakes.
