I applied for smart card on 29 Jan 21. But still not aware the status of cards. Customer care number no no one responding

I m a retired Naval officer. Applied for smart card past 03 months, no response till date.

Company work is very slowly and not any good response no solwed emargency issues and not helping for helpless people.ok

Worst company i seen ever. Worst customer support. They took money but not recharge RD Services. There is no cooperation among departments. One guy is saying your problem will be resolved with 12 hours another is saying 24 hours and other is saying 6 days. What a customer service

Nowadays, the chips are not working well. I have received the new card and the has not been working after six months till now. What will I do.

I am a retired defence civilian (Retd Junior Works Manager, Heavy Vehicles Factory, Avadi, Chennai-54). I have applied for CSD Smart card on 24-12-2015 at URC, HVF, Avadi, Chennai-54.I got SMS acknowledgement from Smart Chip Ltd on 05-04-16. I got another SMS on 07-04-16 stating that my application is personalised and I may contact URC after 10 days. I have contacted URC after 10 days, repeatedly many times.
