HCL is good organization and specially for Bigner with job security.I have given 3 star due to below point which I observed need to be improve.1. There is no training and technical stuff to learn or explore.2. There is a monotonous work culture.3. No retention policy for good employee.4. Lack of HR and Benifit policy for Employee.5. Lack of extra activities, like sports, singing, etc.Note - Above point can vary depending on Project, some of them is running very smooth but still they are also lacking with technical stuff as well as employee benifit and retention policy.My personal opinion why any employee wants to change the job due to salary hike, due to lacking of technical stuff. I want to say only one word.OLD is always Gold.

One of the best place to work. The recruitment process is very tough here. Friends try for job here if and only if you are proficient enough in English.

This is a good company to work on if you are looking for long time association. Work pressure depends on the project and the country for which the project is. The annual hikes are comparatively low as per market. The best thing you will find here is the beautiful campus with lot of amenities over here. Another best thing is that the company rarely fires anyone.

One of the software company of Nagpur which try to their work for better future of software industry in Nagpur...But I dont like it that approach of them that first call to interview then give excuses like you are not that employee which we are looking for...Or we need that criteria...Or we need only degree holders...What stupidity and call themselves as professional...?

HCL office is visible from the road. It has parking space in front of the gate. Mostly interviews are conducted in this building. They have a canteen in the basement which serves breakfast and some fast food items. The office has centralised AC but the toilets are not operational on some floors. HR staff is not adequate to handle walk-in drive. Interviews start by 10 AM and keep happening till evening.

As you know HCL is MNC so there is no need review the company.....but the location where the office is located Is fabulous it is just in front of metro exit....so you can easily travel through metro...if you are considering the convincnce in traveling...Thank you 😉

Nice office building next to noida sector 16 metro station

If you are going their for Graduate Engineer Trainee under HCL TSS program then thick twice.Because they will charge you 2,95,000 rupees. Initially they will charge you 60,000 for seat reservation.Plus you have to pay hostel charges also because your training will be in Shiv Nadar University.The rest of the money will payed from your salary as a loan.So that means around 1.5 year you have work in HCL for free after that you can enjoy your salary.So try Infosys, TCS like company.

Went there for a walk-in interview.No car parking. Had to park my car 1 km away at metro parking.Then was not allowed inside because I was carrying laptop. No place to store my LAPTOP.Security was rude.Called Hr 15 times..no callback

Development and support projects are there. Onsite opportunities are there. Can reach from botanical garden metro station or Okhla bird senctuary metro station in cost of 20/-
